When you order extra Ketchup extra pickles and don't even get a hello at the window and all you hear is "I don't give a f.." From one employee to another. Just a horrible location.

The remade cheeseburger that came with a free piece of lettuce a bent hard bun

The food is horrible I ordered a cheeseburger and a cup of ice didn't tell anyone that they charge for ice ..$2.87 for a cheeseburger ridiculous..I took it back had it remade and it's looks more disgusting than the plain burger I started with ..the employees making food was only wearing one glove making food I will be reporting to health department ..I put one star because it wouldn't let me post without doing it because they don't deserve a rating besides the one that should be flushed down the toilet sad excuse for employees

Terrible. Typical Caspers company run crap franchise. $10 for a cold burger and warm fries.

Thank you very much for a wonderful chicken biscuit breakfast. Service at your store is always above par.

We ordered a ton of burgers, and thanks to a sweet 50% off deal on their app, they were a pretty good deal too.

I would not come here for food or a snack again but the Boba is amazing everytime. I got the Ube Creme Brûlée Brown Sugar Milk tea half sweet and this was the best drink I've ever had here. If you're looking for amazing Boba this is definitely the spot. We visited Easter Day and our drinks and food were ready super quick. Lots of open seating and nice open restaurant. Had I not gotten the food I would have rated my experience 5 stars!

I love that it's has a good amount of seating. The décor is modern and clean. The Deerioca plushie cushions along the wall in the seating area are so cute. The drinks are unique. They also offer snacks such as crab rangoons and croffles. The service was pleasant & professional. We were greeted as soon as we entered. Surprisingly, it wasn't that busy on a summer weekday. The Ube Brown Sugar Deerioca Crème Brûlée Milk Tea was delicious! Their signature Deerioca tapioca balls are sweeter (more sugar than honey) than ones I've had at other shops. The crème brûlée is mixed into the drink. Keep that in mind if you have issues with texture. It's more of a clumpy pudding texture than a whipped one. Not a bad thing, but some may not agree. The drink can be customized to your liking. On the other hand, I wasn't too impressed with the Matcha Croffle. The buttery taste that makes these croffles so good was totally nonexistent. I didn't even taste the matcha even though it was sprinkled on top. It's just my opinion, and nothing more. I'd skip the croffle next time, or try another flavor. Otherwise, it was okay for an average waffle. The subtle Harry Potter references are very cool. I've read that the owner is a big Harry Potter fan. Supposedly, the original name of the brand was "Diagon Alley" but was later shortened. If you look real closely at the logo, you'll see the "da" in it. It could stand for anything at this point. I don't know... maybe it's a coincidence that there is a deer in the logo that could be Harry's stag patronus. Either way, there is a definite reference even if it is subtle. It's kind of like finding a hidden Mickey, maybe? Just take a closer look at that boba cup the next time you're there. I'm looking forward to trying more of their unique drinks. It's the perfect stop while shopping at this outdoor mall in the summer heat.

The menu offering was standard fare and I ended up ordering a meat lover skillet and added an extra egg and jalapeños. Instead of toast, I chose the three silver dollar pancakes with whipped cream and strawberries. I don't normally divert from toast not a big fan of sweets but today I had a craving. The pancakes with the Strawberries and whipped cream were very good as was my skillet. The others at the table also enjoyed their meals. Our server Amanda was very attentive overall I thought it was an excellent choice for a brunch breakfast. Pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend this location if in town.

For an hour on a recent Monday morning, all the rush and worries melted away. Inside this cheerful restaurant with the super helpful servers, time stopped, calm returned and breakfast was good! I wasn't expecting all of this. I came in looking for bacon. But once I parked in the huge parking lot, went in passed the train-decorated windows and saw the homey decor and deep red booths, I felt like I'd walked into happy, sunny childhood days. The nostalgic vibe was strong and comforting and I settled in. The menu was full of solid choices-including some pretty amazing looking mimosa options for weekend joy. I kept it simple with scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and a fruit cup. It was a lot of food, cooked well and good value for money. My server was spectacular-friendly and knowledgeable-it was clear she liked her job and her customers-and knew how to get things done. She called me "hon." Yes, more of this!
