They just don't seem to have it together here in general. I've never had a wrong order, but the staff is definitely in need of a quality leader, but I think it's more of the owner than them. We stopped at this McDonalds on our way home- we'd been traveling for 12 hours and we had children with us. You are unable to order through a person, just the self serve screen. We ordered for eating in and paid cash but then you have to get someone in back to ring you up. We waited 15 minutes for our food, went to ask someone in back, they said they were getting it ready. The rest was beyond believable: our food was dropped on the table hurriedly in bags, no tray? No large lids, no ketchup cups (no ketchup in the dispensers- had to ask for ketchup bags. Ordered the Lil happy meal- got something else. Went to the counter to get someone from the back (no customer service people), they said they didn't have the Lil McDonalds toys. The girl went to "the manager"? and asked. They were under the counter. We had no choice but to eat what they brought- we do have a choice to leave this review. Absolutely would not stop here and wouldn't recommend anyone else to. Tables were dirty as well, couldn't find a clean one- again, unable to say anything positive. I like McDonalds coffee. I stopped at this location yesterday morning for a quick cup. The clerk knocked the coffee on the side of the drive thru window and the coffee spilled. She proceeded to hand me the dripping cup of hot coffee and closed the door before I could even ask for a napkin to clean up the cup. So I had a little hot mess. Best McDonald's drive thru and food. Even with a long line it can be pretty quick when ordering and getting your food. I always order the quarter pounder w/cheese meal and it is never greasy (what a win) and the fries are crispy and delicious! Not overly salted. Customer service is friendly and they always get my order right! They give the right amount of napkins and any sauces you ask for is always in the bag. Plenty of parking as well. Next time I'm craving a quarter pounder I'm coming to this McDonald's! read more

I've never waited so long for a Quarter Pounder but then I realized why. They're made fresh and cooked to order now! So be aware that all the fresh burgers are cooked when you order them and take several minutes to make. I could definitely tell the difference and it's worth the wait because my burger was fresh and hot. But as for the dining area, the tables were dirty, chairs were dirty, and the floor needed swept. It wasn't even busy. The chairs are metal so they are a little cold when you sit down and it didn't help that I had to brush off crumbs before I sat down. The entire drink station was also a mess. Reading some of the other reviews it sounds like the drive-thru isn't any better. read more

This is my 6th time (yes we are counting because we live close) that ALL the ice cream machines were down in a three month period. Just don't advertise it if you're not willing to have it or pay the money to fix the machine. I know it's cold but we have a child that craves this coming from home from the hospital for his visit and would love to give to a place of business closest to home. I don't like reviewing chains, seems like you know what you're gonna get, for the most part. But as a former McDonald's shift manager, I felt inclined to review on an ENORMOUS flaw with the service I received around 8:30pm on 7/9/2017. McDonald's drive-thru's possess the ability to successful serve customers if specific rules regarding allowable wait time and pulling cars are followed. These ideals were absolutely not maintained at this location on Sunday night. I pulled in, ordered my food, pulled forward and waited in the EXACT SAME SPOT for at least five full minutes. Just as I was about to drive away (without paying for my already ordered food), the car at the front window was served and pulled away. From this point on, the cars were flying through both windows and I was at the first window within a minute. If you work at McDonald's for any period of time, you are trained to pull a car for any food order than cannot be handed out the window within a minute or two. I don't know if that customer had a large order, or if they ordered something with a long cook-time, but this was completely unacceptable. Had that first car been pulled forward, everyone else could've long been on their way. Aside from that, everything else was as mediocre as you expect McDonald's to be. Poorly enunciated words from the order-taker, no eye contact at the payment window, hard hamburger buns and unevenly distributed condiments. Fries were surprisingly good, but not good enough. I was reminded of why I avoid McDonald's and it will be another long hiatus before I forget well enough to return. read more

This is possibly the worst McDonalds in the history or fast food history. My wife stopped by to get a 2 Cheeseburger meal and Big Meal meal for supper. She ordered and pulled up to the pickup window. We needed another cheeseburger so she asked the lady at the window if she could add a cheeseburger. The lady at the window screamed at her and said well its going to be a while. Now granted there was no one in the restaurant eating and 1 vehicle behind her that it should have taken like 2 minutes. She then came back to the window slammed the debit card down and said you'll just have to pull up. So my wife did, waited, and waited, and waited....10 minutes later we did not have our food. Meanwhile, another employee came out and gave a bag of food to the vehicle behind us. My wife waited for another 5 minutes and watched the other vehicle eat and finally went in. When my wife went in, the lady at the drive thru said, what do you want? My wife told her she had been waiting 15 minutes and did not receive her food. The employee said yes you did and my wife was like no you didnt, in which she didnt. Her next comment was classic..."well, your not getting any free food!" Meanwhile another employee came up and said oh yeah I took out that food that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes to the truck out there...that was the vehicle behind us. So at this time, my wife had had it. She told the female employee that she wanted her money back..the lady reiterated that she wasnt giving out any free food. So the lady rang up some arbitrary amount on the register. It was less than what we originally paid and the lady employee had thrown away the receipts. So my wife made her print them out again....that just set off her rudeness and anger. So we paid for meals and food we didnt get, she tried to refund us less than what we paid, and now I am waiting on the charges to come through so I can make sure that they did reimburse us the correct amount. My wife texted the manager's number that is on the store window and did not answer. So much for the any customer complaint please call the store manager. To this date, she has not called us. There has been no apology, no admittance of wrong doing, or no food. Was it too much for them to do the right thing and refuse to do the right thing and just say sorry and replace the food that they NEVER gave us. Going to send this to McDonalds and see if we get anywhere. Its not too much to ask to do the right thing. read more
