I stopped in to try the new coconut Ube macchiato. I gave it a four star because the only way you can reduce the sweetness is by the pumps of coconut. I got one and a half pumps in it was OK in sweetness. I thought the drink was really expensive for a grande. It was $7.03. Dislocation is an easy stop off the interstate and easy to get right back on the interstate is the plus. read more

I always get my shots on the side every other Starbucks on the west side of Indianapolis does it for me every day I'm a very dedicated Starbucks drinker $7.50 a drink every ! The Starbucks is not very accommodating. They do not want to put the shots on the side so I will not be back to this one. I even called and spoke to them! read more

Might be the slowest Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. Only car in line and I waited 12 minutes for an iced coffee, which I asked for very little cream and watched her pour 1/4 cup of creamer in. They have messed numerous orders of mine up, which when you pay so kufj for coffee you expect good service. Unless you have 20 minutes to elsewhere. I wanted to visit this Starbucks several times before providing a review to make sure I was offering feedback for more than just one experience. I have to say, this is a great location!! Each time I have visited inside, it has been very clean and the staff is upbeat and courteous! I've been through the drive thru as well and experienced a little bit of a wait, but I find that to be normal since they make these delicious drinks to order. Pro-tip: If you're on a time crunch but need to get your coffee fix, order ahead using the Starbucks app and you can pop inside to grab your ready to go brew from the front counter! read more

I must say that I disagree with the first review. This Starbucks is my go-to! I live maybe a 3 minute drive from this location and it has never disappointed. They are always quick, correct with my order and they have a very nice and friendly staff. I would also encourage you to check out the inside -- Pre-COVID this was my go-to study spot and a great place to just chill and get out of the house. A lot of seating and comfy seating at that. With plenty of plug-ins and tables to accommodate groups. I would recommend -- if you are in a hurry and have no time to wait (even in a small line) to look into their Mobile Order so that you can just walk in and pick it up. I always mobile order and then I can choose whether to just go through the Drive-Thru to pick it up or if I need to walk in. read more

The first person to review this Starbucks could not be more off. Most of the staff came from the location that closed across the street and they're always so welcoming. The drive thru is always quick and efficient. Yes, sometimes the line is pretty long but I've never waited more than a few minutes. If I don't want to risk a wait in the drive thru I order ahead on the app which is super easy. The inside is a nice size compared to the old whitestown location and the outdoor space is awesome in warm weather! read more

One time I came and the espresso machine was broken and another time it was so loud I couldn't work. Most previous time I came I did a mobile order. I was pretty surprised it was already ready when we walked in. We sat down, logged into the free wifi on my laptop, and began working. Within minutes I jumped a little when one of the baristas slammed the metal sliding door to the ice every time she opened and closed it. So annoying! It was distracting us so much that we wanted to leave as soon as possible. Hopefully I don't ever return when that barista is there... Other than a couple weird situations, this Starbucks has a good amount of seating, is spacious inside, has outdoor seating, has a new sleek look, and is easy to pull in and out of. They have nice, friendly staff and I have always received a correct order. Plus, they have nitro brew! read more

First time I've got Starbucks in year's and they couldn't even make a hot chocolate that was of any quality. It was semi warm, not hot which you'd expect a hot chocolate to be. 2nd it tasted like they used water or if they used milk which I don't believe they did it must've been skim milk. My hot chocolate was absolutely 100% equivalent to a .25 cent powdered package. Thanks for nothing Starbucks, the only thing your stores are good for is a public toilet and I hope everyone uses the floor! Eat a big pile of rubber ding dongs. read more

Slow. Understaffed. Impossible drive through. Slow inside. Horrible layout. Even on a Saturday morning this might be the slowest. Update: I go all the time to this location. Every time it's very slow. When not slow and they mess up the order. Maybe they are used to being behind so when they are caught up things get lazy. Update: pthey are getting better now that we have a coronavirus. It's amazing how fast the line moves and it's a long line. So they could have been quick this whole time! read more

Their service needs work and bathrooms are not clean. Their cashier puts in the wrong drink and when I asked them to fix it, they act like I inconvenienced them. The lady working the cashier acts like she doesn't want to be there. Customer service training and quality control are needed, as it's below the service level of other Starbuck's. read more

It's a sad day when a Starbucks has bad customer service. Her name is Jo and you'd think with a name like that she'd understand mix ups between Erin and Aaron but she wanted to blame me for handing me my sausage egg sandwich and nitro cold brew. The receipt was a mobile order and I am Aaron, then after her coworkers asked her she tried to blame me EVEN MAKING ME GO TO THE TRASH FOR THE RECEIPT. Yes, I had to go into the trash to get my receipt. Never again Jo, I pray management sees this and other poor reviews and decides to do something about it. read more

Rudest workers I've ever encountered at a Starbucks location. I've given them multiple visits and each time something occurs. No greeting. No thank you. The order was wrong and when I asked a question about it, the barista at the drive up was snarky. I'll stick with the location near downtown Zionsville. It's worth the extra five minute drive. read more

Visited this establishment on 9/13 at 8:45am. One toilet had poop sprayed all over the back and the other had a poop nugget on the back of the seat. I chose the one with the spray. The last time I was here, the lady that warmed my sandwich put it down on the counter in a mess of spilled drinks while she yelled my first name. She was put off when I asked her to clean the area. The franchisee owner needs to get their sh*t together. read more

Service is pretty slow compared to other Starbucks in the area. WiFi is terrible. Can take several minutes to open a web page. It has been this way since they opened. It is worth the drive into Zionsville for better service and great WiFi. read more

They pulled off a really lovely event that left me with some great memories and a chance to dive back into childhood nostalgia. Also, those macarons were SO good and my friend loved the themed hot chocolate she got. I know that they do other events from time to time. Hats off to the event planner! As an aside, the space here is absolutely lovely and I hope to come back again soon on my remote work day.

We hardly saw our server, and she never asked us if we wanted more drinks - which we would have happily ordered more to keep chatting away the evening. We had to flag her down even to get water refills. All three of us agreed that we didn't feel very welcome that evening. Again, maybe we just happened to go on a bad night, and would maybe try again for a better experience.
