This location is pretty convenient for those in the Richardson area, or even neighboring cities because it borders Plano as well. Charlene (front desk admin) is very friendly and efficient. I always get text notifications (you can set this up with them) two times prior to coming in, and a confirmation call. This is really useful for me because I make the appointments 6 months out and don't remember the specifics. If you need to change your appointment, it's also quite convenient to change times / days. Just take a note to the days they aren't open! The process of cleaning and results are always clearly explained to me when a question arises. The cleaning and polishing process is a painless experience, and fairly quick for me (under the hour). Everyone here is so nice- Recommend this dentist!

My smile is ruined. Dentist Nishit is not very experienced with doing tooth fillings. He is quick…read morebut the fillings will be too big and under filled where brushing after every meal will not be enough to prevent cavities around the filling. The best he will offer is to redo the fillings and "will probably lead to root canal and crown." I had four fillings done by Nishit and all four failed the following month. I told him when he finished the fillings that when he used the floss it cut the floss. He said it was nothing to worry about and that he would make any touch ups for free when I come in a month later for cleaning. I said ok and brought it up again first thing when I came back for my cleaning a month later. The AI scan of my teeth confirmed the new fillings had all failed. I'm afraid to go back Richardson family dentistry as my teeth or so damaged I'm afraid to smile or take pictures anymore. My insurance was maxed out so I have to wait a full year to find a new dentist that can help me fix the mistakes. If you need any dental work beyond a cleaning. Please beware. I really hope no one has to be put through what I have been put through. The staff is nice and very polite including Nishit. He is just inexperienced with fillings.

I wasn't in pain and had not been in pain prior to my visit. It was just time for my annual visit. Unfortunately, after the fillings were done and the numbness wore off, I was in severe pain--it felt like my nerves were exposed. I couldn't eat or drink anything hot, cold, or sweet without sharp pain, and even chewing was unbearable. I called the office right away to explain what was happening, but they told me the soonest appointment was three weeks away because Dr. Mark didn't have any openings for two weeks then he would be out of town on the flowing week which would have made 3 weeks that my mouth had been in pain. I tried waiting the 3 weeks , but the pain was too intense, so I saw I took the up on their offer to see another dentist in the same office. Even after that visit, the issue wasn't resolved. I then made another appointment for 10/15/25 to see if the original doctor Dr. Mark could resolve the issue , I called to say I'd be running just a little late because of traffic , and they canceled my appointment on the spot. I asked if I could not be seen today could I please have a refund, since I'd been dealing with this same issue for months, and the issue still had not been resolved by Dr. Mark nor his colleague. I was refused a refund and the appointment was the young lady still cancelled my appointment . This experience has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional and hands down the worst service I have ever received from a medical provider. I've never been treated with such disregard for my comfort or my time. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before trusting Dr. Mark or this office with their dental care.

The turnover rate will give you whiplash. The main reason I have issues with this business is because my mother is being told that she has to pay $820 for dentures my dad couldn't use. He passed away in September 2023. Before he passed, he looked forward to getting new dentures. His previous set broke when he fell in the E.R. in 2022. Since his dentist charged two organs and a car note, I foolishly recommended my dad try Aspen after viewing a TV ad. Long story short, my dad had to return to Aspen in Richardson at least 5 times. The bottoms never fit comfortably, and he was told they wouldn't be able to keep adjusting because the material wasn't thick enough. You get what you pay for. The quality of the dentures wasn't half as good as his old ones (which were over 10 yrs old). He never got to use them. His weight loss was so drastic because he was tired of eating soft foods, so he barely ate. He ended up needing a feeding tube for over a month before he passed. Today, Angela at Aspen said that since he didn't return the dentures within 90 days, there's nothing they can do now. My dad was battling stage 4 liver cancer. C'mon! He was in and out of the hospital in 2023. These people have NO compassion.

He is kind and gentle and I HATE PAIN. I have referred my family and they were equally impressed. Dr. Wang and his staff are like family. His staff is courteous and professional. The office is modern, clean and you can even watch television while getting your teeth cleaned or fixed. So I can say the care, quality and integrity is on point. He will even call you himself to check up on you after a procedure. This makes him so personable. He is fast, but precise and I love Daisy the hygienist. She cleans my teeth perfectly. I am so happy and proud to be a patient here! Also everyone in the office knows I love traveling. They always engage conversation about my travel adventures. I had been a customer at this dental clinic for around 2-3 years and initially went there mainly…read morefor routine checkups and cleanings. While the prices for cleanings were reasonable, I was never particularly impressed with the quality. The major problem started when I needed a crown replaced. I was told that my existing crown had a small opening, which could potentially lead to decay, so Dr. Wang recommended replacing it. I agreed because I wanted to avoid more serious problems with the tooth and, especially, avoid a root canal if possible. Unfortunately, after the new crown was installed, the tooth became sensitive to even slightly cold temperatures, and I experienced discomfort when chewing on that side. When the crown arrived, Dr. Wang had to reshape it several times from the inside in order to make it fit. I have had 4-5 crowns placed previously, and I had never experienced this kind of adjustment. Previously, adjustments were made mainly on the outside to correct the bite. I returned to the clinic because the tooth was still bothering me. Instead of addressing what I believed was the underlying problem with the crown, the tooth was significantly reduced and recontoured, leaving it looking almost like a stump. Before this was done, I specifically asked Dr. Wang whether he was sure this was necessary because I was concerned that the problem was related to the crown or its installation rather than the shape of the tooth. I was assured that this was the appropriate step. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem. The final solution I was offered was a root canal. I refused and decided to get a second opinion at another dental clinic. The other dentist was able to resolve the problem without performing a root canal. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I am especially disappointed because I trusted their recommendation, followed their treatment plan, and ultimately ended up with a significantly reduced tooth and a recommendation for a root canal that another dentist was able to avoid.
