Amy was my hygienist and I absolutely loved her. She talked me through everything she was doing and what it was for. I had the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. Doc was nice, informative, and listened to my concern. All staff I talked to were so nice and made me feel like I wasn't just another patient, but like they wanted to get to know me. After hearing my story, they constantly reassured me that Dr. Nguyen would take great care of me and that I was in good hands. The experience was definitely better that I could have ever imagined. I have been to this Dentist for almost three years but this past month I have suffered from the…read moreStaff of the Dr for fraudulently charging me for covered reimbursement from Insurance company and fraudulent use of my credit card because the office Manger Becky demanded my credit card with the CVV code and used it fraudulently charging me twice and giving back one refund and telling the Insurance Representative had three way call with us . She lied to her and the credit card company. I have filed a complaint against the Dentist and the practice with Medical Insurance , the credit card company and Better Business Bureau about this incident . I am senior citizen who is going through a hard time and I told the Dr. who called " friend " that it was not right what he was doing . He tried to correct it but his office Manager seems to have more power over him . She issued a refund and promptly reversed it as it was a pending credit. I am now going through a lot of issues with credit card card company and faxing all the documents to them has costs over $10.00 . It has been pink put on hold but they have lost the trust factor. Hopefully I will prevail. But none should hand over details of a credit card over the phone because it can be fraudulently used and in this this case it has . The Dr the so called "friend" seems to be unaffected but I have told him I will filing fraud charges against him . I have a food trap in one side and the bite was not right in Both sides( implsnts are in left and right sides) Dr. Faiz did not seem to agree with how the crowns were fitting. He tried to make me believed all was correct. Also the color of the crowms did not match . He also did a bridge and a crown which was very painful. My bridge never really fit well, the upper teeth do not met with the lower teeth on my right side. This had cause one of my lower tooth to receded which is causing me pain. Currently, I have bleeding on both sides of my mouth ( he did a crown on left upper side too). I also have ulcers on the side of the bridge and implant from time to time. He definetly did a poor dentsl work on my mouth. Now, I will have to find another dentist that can hopefully fix this problem. I am so traumatize now and don't trust any dentist. Save your money and unecesary pain and avoid this dentist .

I wasn't in pain and had not been in pain prior to my visit. It was just time for my annual visit. Unfortunately, after the fillings were done and the numbness wore off, I was in severe pain--it felt like my nerves were exposed. I couldn't eat or drink anything hot, cold, or sweet without sharp pain, and even chewing was unbearable. I called the office right away to explain what was happening, but they told me the soonest appointment was three weeks away because Dr. Mark didn't have any openings for two weeks then he would be out of town on the flowing week which would have made 3 weeks that my mouth had been in pain. I tried waiting the 3 weeks , but the pain was too intense, so I saw I took the up on their offer to see another dentist in the same office. Even after that visit, the issue wasn't resolved. I then made another appointment for 10/15/25 to see if the original doctor Dr. Mark could resolve the issue , I called to say I'd be running just a little late because of traffic , and they canceled my appointment on the spot. I asked if I could not be seen today could I please have a refund, since I'd been dealing with this same issue for months, and the issue still had not been resolved by Dr. Mark nor his colleague. I was refused a refund and the appointment was the young lady still cancelled my appointment . This experience has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional and hands down the worst service I have ever received from a medical provider. I've never been treated with such disregard for my comfort or my time. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before trusting Dr. Mark or this office with their dental care.
