My husband and I began going to Dr Kozlow a few years ago. I was immediately impressed with him and his staff! There is an undeniable comforting vibe going on in that place! It was clear that Dr Kozlow is personally invested in his patients and is very kind. Going to the dentist office has never been something I had ever, in the past, liked to do.........but now, I don't dread it at all. it's actually more like just going to see a dear friend. On top of that, this office is invested in the best products and procedures offered on the market. I found Dr Kozlow while searching for a more natural approach to my dental needs. This is the most pleasant dentist and staff you'll ever encounter! Such a fantastic experience. (Is that even possible when you get two crowns?) Dr. Kozlow is extremely gentle, attentive and concerned about your comfort, unusually affable and personable, highly skilled and utterly professional. I have had unpleasant experiences with previous dentists, although Dr. Kozlow and his staff are gentle and friendly. I have never been disappointed and I am always pleased with their care. The waiting time in the lobby has always been quick. The receptionists and dental assistants all know me by name and treat me as family. Walking into Dr. Kozlow's office, you immediately feel peace and serenity. I know that's hard to believe going into a dentist's office. He is simply the best dentist in Dallas. His staff is excellent, friendly and efficient. Ina is the best hygienist in the world! Yesterday I was there for ten hours getting new crowns. Never did I hear, nor have I ever heard anyone raise his/her voice! Dr. Kozlow and his staff are caring, gentle and have the patient always first in mind. I haven't been to Dr Kozlow in a long while due to not living close enough to use him but did use him for many years way back in the 80's. I will say that he spoiled me and every single dentist I have used since has been a major disappointment. Dr Kozlow is honest, trusting and will tell you the truth even if it means he makes less money. All other dentist I have used want to DRILL BABY DRILL! Money is all they think about. Dr Kozlow is my all time favorite Dentist. I totally trust him. And, his staff is great too! I decided to try Dr Kozlow because he is a holistic Dentist. Since he sounded too good to be true, I checked the office before I made an appointment to make sure it looked like a professional business, and it did. Dr Kozlow uses the latest technology and green alternatives. I got a lot of work done. All the work I got done was also recommended by a traditional Dentist. I got fillings, new crowns, and veneers. I went in to see Dr. Kozlow for a consultation on removing my silver fillings. I am terrified of having work done on my teeth. Dr. Kozlow and his staff made me feel so comfortable and their service is outstanding to say the least. My second visit I was really nervous before the actual procedure. The staff was so nice but Dr. Kozlow is just incredible. He ensures you everything will be fine. He has an awesome sense of humor and was telling stories throughout my procedure. I've never felt so calm on any appointment. I knew that everything would be fine and it was. I didn't even think twice about what he was doing. I didn't have a panic attack. I just sat there like a big girl because of how comfortable and calm he made me feel. Usually, I am hurting after the numbing goes down where the injection site is but Dr. Kozlow has magic hands because I am not sore or swollen this evening. He even called me to check on me! I've never had a doctor call me after my procedure. He took time out of his evening to call me. How rare and freaking awesome is that! Needless to say, I am grateful I found Dr. Kozlow. This is a unique, caring and humble dentist. I actually look forward to seeing him again (and Lord knows I would never say that if it weren't true). read more

So glad I came here! I've been wanting to get rid of my multiple mercury fillings forever but didn't know where to go. After reading reviews I came here. They are spot on. The office personnel are so friendly and easy to work with for scheduling and billing etc. The dental nurses and hygienists were fantastic as was Dr Rowell. They explained everything to me in detail which I appreciated. I've only done one side of my mouth, three more to go, and yeah it isn't the most fun thing to do lol, but they made it as comfortable and quick as possible. The dental assistant and the dentist both worked on me almost an hour past closing so I could have the one side finished. And Dr Rowell personally called me the next morning to ask how I was and answer any questions. Not that I want to go back for three more rounds ha, but if I have to have all this work done, I'm sure glad I went here. Next appointment in January. Excellent experience with Dr. Kozlow and his staff. Very impressive, his office is using the latest technology including digital photos (less Xrays), and makes the crowns in the office using digital technology which makes for a perfect fit and you can be assured of the contents of the crown (no unwanted metals frequently found in outsourced crowns). I have always been afraid of dentists, but Dr. Kozlow and his staff really put me at ease. They explained the procedures, and talked me through them, inquiring throughout if I was doing alright. I found Dr. Kozlow because I was looking for a holistic dentist - someone who knows and cares about how my dental health connected to my overall health. My experience was wonderful! I went in for an exam and cleaning. I was seen promptly. The technician was polite, professional, and THOROUGH. He explained everything he was doing and gave me valuable info for my home oral care. Dr. Kozlow was very pleasant and thorough as well. In all my years of going to the dentist, I'd never had anyone do an oral cancer screening until today.
