The second visit involved delay to receive a CD, despite the X-ray itself took less than 10 minutes. Today (4/22/2026), although there was a larger crowd, which I understand the process was poorly managed. The technician saw me within about 10 minutes, and the exam itself was quick. However, I then waited 45+ minutes for my CD, only to stand in line and be told it had been overlooked and they did not process it. This reflects a lack of organization and attention to detail. While the technical staff performs well, the overall coordination and service quality need improvement. Retraining and better workflow management are clearly needed.

There is constantly a wait time, even when they aren't busy. I have waited 1.5-2 hours multiple times when it should have been less than half that wait time. Many times there doctors leave early or cancel and instead of telling you that at the counter they tell you when they call your name which is infuriating. Then you have to reschedule which is usually over a month out. It's always something at this location and throughout BACH. There's rarely a smooth appointment and it's always a waste of time. Go somewhere else if you can.
