While I was really thrown off by the…read morereally outdated office and Dr. Ho's young appearance, when Dr. Ho examined my teeth he came across very thorough and knowledgable and professional. He took his time, explaining everything to me, and made me feel very comfortable. Before he moved forward with the implant, he had me go back to the endodontist to confirm what he felt needed to be done, which gave me an added level of confidence. I gave them four stars, because, the x-ray record that they sent to the endodontist had someone else's image on it In addition to mine. Also, they forgot to give me the preop instructions telling me what to do before my tooth extraction (apparently I was supposed to take the antibiotic before hand); they forgot to send in a prescription for antibiotics ...this created additional confusion after the procedure, because they thought I didn't want to be on on antibiotics; they also forgot to give me the post op instructions. I had to ask for them. When I emailed the doctor to let him know about the confusion and asked him to call me. He never did...my guess is he never saw the email because it was intercepted by the front office staff who didn't want to get in trouble. Also, the dental assistant during for procedure had to take four x-rays in order to get one good one. So in my opinion, Dr. Ho is very good and thorough but his staff needs some retraining and by all means the office needs to be redone. It is ancient. At minimum the trash should be removed from the shrubs that are visible from the dental chair. A little attention to detail will go long way here and creating a better image for the business.

I was…read moretold that my treatment needed to be split into three separate appointments on different days, forcing me to repeatedly take off work. This was not clearly communicated in advance, and there was no effort made to accommodate my schedule or explain why it had to be handled this way. The office manager was shockingly rude, dismissive, and confrontational. Instead of listening or attempting to clarify my treatment plan, she spoke over me, acted as if I was incapable of understanding my own services, and responded with hostility when I asked reasonable questions. Her attitude was aggressive and completely lacking in professionalism. At one point, she even threatened to call the police simply because I told her she did not understand what she was talking about regarding my treatment plan. That kind of reaction is outrageous and unacceptable in any professional setting, especially a healthcare office. It was also clear that the doctor either does not supervise her staff closely or is unaware of how patients are being treated, which raises serious concerns about the management and overall integrity of the practice. This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking care at this office if you value respectful communication and professional treatment.

They took over a dozen X-rays and imaging because they couldn't get the angles correct and then charged me for all of them. They insisted I needed a deep clean and lied on the examination by saying my gums were worse than they actually were. They said I needed other procedures and My insurance came back and denied these claims as fraud. They gave me proof as to why they were fraudulent. I have never had this happen before. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they warned me not to go back. I canceled my appointment , but they had talked me into ordering a partial. When It came in I went to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me, saying I need to get a medical release before I get it. The receptionist was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it. I caught her in several lies before I left out of complete confusion that I was unable to get my property. So in recap, be careful when and if you go here. Watch out for them charging you for things you don't need, keeping you there for hours to force you to make a choice you do not want, bold face lying to you, and then disrespecting you if you stand up for yourself. I will be filing a claim with the BBB as I am not the only one who had this happen to them

I went for a exam and was told I need two root canals and one of my broken teeth fix. Ive been in pain for quite some time. They gave me a treatment plan that would cost me over $3800 for these procedures with insurance coverage . There were so available at this time for me to sign and schedule the treatment , they had availability right away for the dentist to do the work. The amount is alot so i checked the charging codes according to my insurance payment schedule and it did not matched. I called them and ask them to please review and double check the codes according to my insurance payment schedule, they did and the next day they told me that the price stands because of im seen a specialist. I then had my insurance contact them and confirm im being charged correctly. My insurance called back and advised me that the new amount for the treatment plan is around $1800 and they should have not charge me more. My insurance advised me that there were dental codes they should not charge me and amounts not matching with what they suppose to charge. Champions then send me the new treatment plan with the correct amount without apologizing for the $2000 difference they were going to over charge me, a blank email with the new treatment plan, how dishonest and unprofessional. Im sure they were piss of they didnt squeeze $200 out of me. Then i called Champions to get the new treatment plan done and the receptionist had to check with someone else , all the sudden she told me they are booked the whole month of July and august ... tell me thats not retaliation and childish?. Im sure that I have been scammed here before in my other treatments where they ask u to sign and schedule right away with out verifying the finances. Ive been a customer for a while , and at least i deserve some respect and consideration when reviewing the finances. The dentist and technicians are nice and great but who ever is in charge of the finances is dishonest, childish and deceptive. I went to another dentist and finally getting my teeth done. Check the dental codes!!!! review your finances before taking on big treatment plans. Over the years, the person thats is charge of financing will pressure me sooo much to get services i did not want such as laser and other therapies not covered by insurance. At 10:30am I felt a pin prick; next thing I remember is my brother-in-law helping me out of the car at home. Dr. Cooper provided written instructions and prescriptions in advance. I did not experience any pain. The extraction sites are healing normally. I am following instructions for post op care and taking medicine. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and his friendly staff.
