Due to a shortage of parts and inventory due to the COVID fallout, I had to be put on an allocation list with a fully refundable $500 deposit. Jeff explained exactly how it worked and would keep me up to date monthly as to how things were going. Jeff did as he said he would. He contacted me monthly to let me know where I was on the allocation list. The one thing I appreciated was that Jeff did not try to push another model on me just to make the sale. After about five months, I received my first call from Jeff letting me know that they had an allocation of the model I wanted but the car did not have the exact extra's I wanted. Over the next two months, I would receive three more calls for new allocations and that I was finally #1 on the list for the model I requested. I still passed because I had already waited this long so I might as well wait until the vehicle I specifically wanted was available. In month eight, I received the call that the exact car I wanted with all of the correct upgrades was available and I was given a build date. Three weeks after the build date, the car was at the dealership. I showed up a few days later to pick it up. Jeff met me and we went through all of the necessary details along with a test drive of the vehicle in question. After the test drive, I met with the financial officer and negotiated my loan in addition to just a few optional upsells options. Tip..... the extended warranty is negotiable. Soon after I met with Jeff again and I was on my way home with my new car. All of the staff I came across while I was there were nice and accommodating. Nobody is pushy. The experience was excellent and should I ever buy a new Toyota again, I will definitely come to this dealership first. Recently had my vehicle serviced by moline transmission. This all started when I had called them…read moreand wanted to get information on replacing a slave cylinder on my vehicle. I would provide the parts and everything needed to install on the vehicle. I was quoted 7hours since the transmission needed to be removed to install a new slave cylinder. I called on October 27th and they stated they had about a week worth of work to complete before they would be able to pick up additional jobs. I had no problem with this as I decided to make the appointment for November 13th (17days from appointment call). Time comes to have my vehicle towed and it's dropped off early morning Monday November 13th. I figured I'd give them time and let them work to complete the job. Friday November 17th comes and I hadn't heard anything from them so I call and receive an update. Moline transmission stated they had a couple call ins during the week and they hadn't touched my car. Not a horrible issue but I figured they had plenty of time to finish. I understand things happen. Following week of November 20th, they begin the work. Once again I figure 7hrs at a leisure pace the job should be done right in time for me to have the car before Thursday thanksgiving. I decide to call on Wednesday afternoon and ask for an update. Moline transmission stated they're tidying everything up and they're doing their best to have it done by close of business day 5pm as they are closed for thanksgiving. 5pm comes around and I never hear anything. At this point I figure I'll go to the shop on Friday to see what the delay is. I go to shop Friday morning and they have a sign saying they are closed both Thursday and Friday as well as the weekend as they only work Monday-Friday. At this point I'm disappointed, I believed I could have a reputable shop complete the work in a timely manner as I would have believed they had sufficient time. (Let it be noted there was a hiccup in parts provided yet that was quickly resolved in less than 1hr) I was told because of this they needed to move on to another vehicle and put my car on hold. Monday November 27th I call again for an update and they once again state they're still working on the car and should have it done today. More time passes on and no call. Finally, Wednesday November 29th I am frustrated because I haven't received my car , I was told 2 times on separate days they should have the car done by end of business but yet they continued to work on it. The update for today was they are letting it sit as it has been bled and will be test driven later in the day to ensure the work was done properly. The car had been sitting at the shop since November 13th and the job was finally completed November 29th. I had my car in storage and placed the vehicle back on full coverage insurance because it was going to be driven publicly again. Due to the excessive length of time it was being worked on I felt as if I needed to place the vehicle back on storage insurance as it seemed that's what I was paying for. I gave moline transmission a 17day notice of my car being dropped off. They had the car for 16/17 days from drop off. The job was quoted 7hrs, moline transmission stated they worked on the car much longer than 7hrs and the job wasn't going the way they would have liked but only were going to charge me the 7hrs. I believe they understood this isn't the service they want to provide. In the end the job itself was completed well as my car returned to proper function. The timeliness to complete my car was very poor. If you are able to be without your car for over half a month then they'll work with you. If you have a timeline seek other options. This was my experience and I understand others have better/worse experiences.

I had a very disappointing experience with Crash Champions in Davenport…read more After bringing my truck in following an accident, I informed them about warning messages related to the 4x4 system and traction control. However, they were not aware of these issues until I mentioned them myself, and even then, they seemed to doubt my concerns. I also reported that my center console had been flickering since the crash, but that concern did not appear to be taken seriously. When I picked up my vehicle the first time, they had installed the wrong headlight on the repaired side. This required an additional week to correct. When I finally got the truck back again, I immediately noticed more serious issues--while driving, the braking felt unsafe, requiring me to press the brakes much harder than normal to slow down. Additionally, the hood is uneven on both sides, which clearly reflects poor repair quality. To make matters worse, I was told that the mismatched lug nuts (from the replaced tire) would be corrected, but that has not been resolved. Overall, the workmanship and attention to detail were far below expectations. I am not satisfied with the repairs or the service I received, and I am currently considering legal action due to the condition my vehicle was returned in. All they can say is send us an email to a dead end email. You dont care about customer feedback. Just love to screw people over. I just picked up my truck for the second time and there are still discrepancies in the body work as of 4/21/2026. They did the bare minimum to "fix" my uneven hood gaps but the repair side headlight is pushed more into the body. Dan the service advisor kept lying to me and said he did a final inspection when my wife picked up the truck, he did not. Kept saying the uneven gaps on my hood was standard along with other bum scoop. These people may get away with this with regular people but not with me. Count your days. I am seeking legal action.

The directions say do not let the car air dry in the sun after rinsing off 3m masking agent. When I came to get the car it was all wet and drying in the sun. When I got home I noticed it had spots all over the car like water spots. I tried to scrub them off but they would not come off. I returned the car to Arnold's. Unfortunately they failed to remove the spots from the paint. But they did manage to remove the spots from the glass. With a razor blade. They scratched up and destroyed every piece of glass on the car. While still at Arnold's they looked at the damage and claimed the scratches were already there. So they lied and took no responsibility for their negligence and incompetence. After several years of scrubbing and waxing most of the spots came off the paint. However, I spent $2500 replacing all the glass they scratched up. If you value your car and prefer to do business with honest people who take responsibility for their actions, don't take your car to Arnold's body shop which is now crash champions.
