I stopped in with my husband, niece, and nephew while on vacation in Chicago. I wanted to see a bag I saw previously in another MCM. I couldn't remember the name of the bag, so I began describing it. Jonathon quickly said, "I think I know the bag you're talking about." He went in a draw and out came my bag!!! That was just the beginning of his WONDERFUL customer service!!! He and the other two ladies in this store were AMAZING!!! They offered my whole party something to drink, even though I was the only one shopping!!! The glass of champagne I received was DELICIOUS to boot!!! As I was wrapping up my purchase, EACH of us in my party were given FREE samples of the different MCM fragrances!!! The EXCELLENT customer service didn't stop there! Today, I received a text from Jonathon stating that he hoped I was enjoying my new bag!!! This was my first time going to the Chicago MCM store. They had a beautiful display of handbags that will catch your eye and also the new MCM crocks that's on display. I saw a couple of items that I liked. The two ladies helped me to narrow down my selections. YASIRIS and OLIVIA was phenomenal. They were so friendly, funny and phenomenal customer service. I had a ball purchasing items with them. I will definitely come back again to purchase any items in store and also I can call and they can ship my items directly to my home. Hi my name is Dr Denise Sudler and I wanted to share my experience and interaction with one of your employees by the name of Yasi. I called regarding my luggage zipper breaking when I went to unzip it to look on the inside of it to see how much room it had. I was taken back by how easily the teeth on the zipper itself came off and just fell on my bed. I immediately got upset because it was brand new and purchased by my husband as a birthday gift. I called him immediately to tell him what happened and luckily he always keeps the receipts. I called to the store in King of Prussia, and got Yasi on the phone. I explained to her what happened and she immediately apologized for it. She asked me a series of questions regarding purchase date, the receipt number, etc. She was able to locate the information as well, explained the process for returning the item. She sent me a text with all of the information that I needed to proceed with the return. She stayed in contact by text the entire process with me. She sent me a fed ex return label, I went and purchased a box from the post office to send the item back in. I then took it to the fed ex store to get it shipped out that day. I sent her pictures of everything (receipts etc). She confirmed the item was received back by text, and confirmed a new replacement luggage will be sent out and the date to expect it to be delivered. She was very empathetic, Knowledgeable, and sensitive to my needs our entire time of interaction. She was simply amazing and she needs to be acknowledged for such a great job she did. Thank you Yasi- she will be whom we ask for specifically when going back to your store in King of Prussia. You have earned our continuous business from here on out! My in-store experience with Julie and Andrea was great! However, I ordered a purse that was not in store and had to be ordered from an out of state store and wrote down MY ADDRESS. Apparently, it was entered in the system wrong or lost in translation and getting ready to ship to some random, unknown address. When I was trying to get the issue resolved, the manager Brenda then insinuates that I wrote MY OWN address wrong and spent over $1400 for me to purposely send my item out to some unknown address. AND then tries to throw in that I was "staying with my cousin" & that "she's from Chicago" (as if any of that was relevant) rather than suggesting that there may have been an error on one of the stores behalf on getting my item shipped out to the correct place. Instead of apologizing for any inconvenience, she further tries to condescend me by saying that "she looked at the footage of me writing my address" (given that she was not there the date of purchase!!!) as if I don't know where I LIVE. I'm used to dealing with unprofessional customer service, but it was really the nerve and audacity of her trying to insinuate that a paying customer doesn't know their own address, or would spend their money just to ship it to a random, unknown address in such an unprofessional, rude, condescending manner. every time i come to mcm chicago i have the time of my life! i am always greeted with warm welcomes and smiling faces from yasi and leslie which makes me happy go be there and to be shopping there. i am always assisted with everything i desire and my needs are always met. the staff at mcm chicago are phenomenal especially yasi and leslie! from the variety of the mcm merchandise to the champagne served to guests, it's all worth it! you definitely get the value of what you are paying for. they also value you and try to make things as easy as possible so if you do order something and dont feel like going into the store then all you have to do is call before you arrive and they will bring it out to your car like curbside pick up. some times you don't even have to ask they will ask you first if that is what you would like to do. i am so thankful that i receive top tier customer service every time from yasi and leslie! those ladies are amazing and so kind and other places need to take notes on how to treat their customers. i feel like family here because if yasi and leslie so thank you so much read more

Mcm HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE SHIT. I ordered a belt from them in early November for my stepson and never received the belt, despite the tracking from UPS stating that it was delivered. I called to inquire and was told that I signed for it (I did NOT) and that it was delivered. Their rude service reps basically told me there's nothing they can do and "maybe you should just take it up with your bank" this was a lady named Christina who is allegedly a supervisor. They opened a dispute with UPS and after weeks or no response I am told that ups closed it out and declined saying they delivered it. I asked again to do another dispute as it's been a month and no changes. I am told today the second one again is closed and declined because it was delivered (there's no signature nor proof of delivery from me). As it stands today. 2.5 months, no refund and no item. WTF!!!! $300 down the drain! read more
