The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

The girl apologized but said there is no way that the owner won't charge me to repair it again ....while I thought that was ridiculous, I was there and it was only two dollars so it wasn't going to change my life. I come back when it was done and gave my debit card and was apologized to again by the very sweet you lady that works there, but told that she would have to charge me 5 dollars if I wanted to used my card. This is a nice clean laundromat that offers a lot of different sized washers & dryers. I had 2…read morekingsized down duvets that I was quoted $40 EACH to have laundered; it cost me $17 for a single super sized washer (I wanted the heavy cycle, so I paid an extra dollar). Since the two super sized dryers were already taken, I spent a total of $4 ($2 each) for over an hour of dryer time on medium heat. They came our beautifully! Laundry supplies are available for purchase if you didn't bring your own. Washers take dollar coins; dryers take the same or quarters. There are change machines at the back that can handle various denominators of bills. No need to go begging at the nearby businesses for change. A huge folding area (also very clean) as well as a large number of rolling laundry baskets with arms to accommodate hanging items. A single restroom -- also tidy. Old style video games or a tv on some sort of true crime channel if you get bored. There is also a laundry service available if you don't want to do it yourself. Cons: - It's not staffed. If you have problems, there's a number to call. - Very limited selection of snacks -- most of the vending machine space is taken up by liquid laundry supplies. And what there is -- well, when was the last time you saw a machine that dispensed pop tarts? (A separate machine for beverages.) - apparently there's a "guest wi-fi", but no way to access it? This is the second time I've had to use this place to launder my duvets and I'll definitely use it again should the need arise.
