These guys are outstanding. Don't be fooled by the Lamborghini's, Bentley's and Ferrari's that are usually out front...these are down to earth great guys who go the extra mile for your business. So far they have tinted my 2002 Acrua RSX Type-S, my father's 2013 Audi A6, and installed an upgraded speaker system in my fathers 2006 F-150. All of their work was top notch and on time (even early in some cases). On a side note, I noticed a bubble in my windshield guard and a small crack in my upper driver's side door panel. I was upset thinking "These guys work on all these expensive cars, and mess mine up??". They brought the GM out and he took a look at it. The tools they use could never cause that kind of damage, as they showed them to me and how they do the tint. They pulled off the door panels with my permission and came and got me. They mentioned that the switches on the door panel look like they had been replaced. That's when I remembered the previous owner mentioning he had replaced the switches in the car before he sold it to me! I felt terrible for getting aggitated at them initially and apologized, knowing that this was 100% exisiting damage. The GM told me not to worry about it and they went ahead and apoxied the door panel and fixed the bubble in the windshield guard for me anyway! It was damage they didn't even do! They will have my business for as long as I own a vehicle. This is a great small business, you will not be dissapointed. read more

This place is one class act. I recently had tint placed on my wife's new Tahoe. She wanted the color shade of the stock tint on the rear windows matched on the front. A man was at the counter when I walked in to the shop. He greated me like I was someone special and kindly helped me select a 3M tint in line with my wife's instructions. It only took an hour and the tint looks great. More importantly my wife was happy. As it turns out the gentleman that helped me was the owner, Matt. Great to know that even with a shop this big and nice the owner is still around and not afraid to get his hands dirty with regular customers on something as small as window tiniting. Thanks Mcor. I would never recommend going here to get your windows tinted. The customer service is poor. The person who help me was rude abnoxious and appalling. I called to follow-up on a window tint that was poorly done and a person by the name of tony hung up as I was speaking to him. Let me start off by saying they have excellent customer service. When my husband and I walked in we were greeted and helped immediately. My husband picked out a trucker cover and was told to bring it in Saturday for installation. He was told it's an "easy quick install" and would take an hour to an hour and a half. Saturday morning we drop the truck off at 8:30am because we had errands to run. They told him they would call when it's finished. Come 11:30am we hadn't hear anything from them and were concerned something was wrong (to remind you we were told the install takes 1 to 1.5 hours). My husband calls and they said because of the rain they weren't able to do installations. I found this odd because they have a covered installation bay, but ok. My husband was told the truck would be ready between 3:00 and 3:30. I drop my husband off at 3:10 and to our surprise his truck is parked in the exact same spot and there is no cover on it. My husband didn't leave MCOR till almost 5:00pm. Granted they close at 4:30, so someone clearly stayed after to do the install, which was appreciated. I was more annoyed when my husband told me once they finally got his truck it took less than an hour for them to install it. I have to fault them on communication 100%. When you tell someone their vehicle will be ready between 3:00 and 3:30 it should be. There shouldn't be an additional 2 hour wait. read more

I called for a quote on getting a hitch installed (I would provide the hitch and the harness), with a trailer wiring harness. I was told $100 for the hitch install... and "since I was having the hitch installed, the wiring harness would be half price" $47 dollars or some such. I called a competitor right down the street... and grand total was just over $80 for both items. Seems a little high to me... but if you want to save money, check around! read more

Last year I was in the market for Audio for my 2014 Ranger 2410 Bay Boat. Thankfully, I chose MCOR. Craig and George took care of me. Very fair pricing. Excellent sound. Unbelievable customer service. Today I took the boat in to them because the audio quit working. I was expecting to have to replace 1 or both 400w JL Audio amps. When it comes to upholstery in cars, time is the best litmus test as to the quality of work. Well, the team at MCOR did amazing work on the seat of my 2006 Honda Element ... four years ago! It had ripped (which is a perennial problem with Element seats, my big butt did not help the issue). Four years later as I trade in my Honda, the seat is in the exact same pristine condition as when it was fixed by MCOR - their work still looked amazing. They also straightened out some crazy diy wiring that the pervious owner had done.; and added a super cool led brake light behind my spare tire. Too bad you can't rate a business as a zero because this place gives you ZERO customer service and zero respect. Arrogant, rude, and condescending all in a span of 5 minutes. We first called and spoke to Tony as we were at another location looking for service and they were booked. My wife then asked Tony about a Groupon and Tony said yes come down and we will be able to get you a price even cheaper than Groupon. So we arrive and Tony starts the song and dance and presents full prices and when my wife brings up the Groupon THEN Tony snappily retorts "oh that coupon Is for just 2 windows" and then the price over doubles! No Groupon, no cheaper price, just a sharp response and then his attitude really turns for the worse once my wife states that the coupon is misleading. His attitude never changed and he never offered a recovery once we stated we would shop elsewhere. Wanna know why the car stereo business will never be what it once was? Come to MCOR and be treated the way Tony treats customers and you'll see why. I'll never spend a dime here. Never. Hope that makes your boss and the shop owner happy Tony. You shouldn't be selling anything worth more than a drink napkin, maybe try barber college. read more

Took my car there for last minute window tinting. They cost a little more maybe 10 bucks then those mobile guys what had quoted me over the phone. Tried to go with a mobile guy but he cancelled on me last minute and never returned the call, if I had not called I would be waiting until today. Contacted MCOR and was able to set an appointment right next day. My car was done right and lifetime warranty. I had my windows tinted yesterday. I am a fan of the professionalism of the guys working in the shop, the overall cleanliness, and the time they take with their customers. They walked me outside twice to look at different options and different tint variations. I haven't had the tint long (obviously) but it looks like it is curing really well to the windows. They put a neon reminder on the driver side so I don't forget to not roll down the window. Overall I would highly recommend. My mom actually made an appointment for next week. read more

This is the second vehicle I've had tinted by MCOR. Tony has been my salesman both times and made it it easy to get a quote and get the work done. They do a great job and I would definitely recommend them for the quality work. The only thing I would appreciate is a more realistic turnaround time estimate when booking the appointment. (I was told 3 hours when booking today's appointment. I was probably the third vehicle dropped off in the morning and then was told it would be done by the end of the day.) Since most people are probably like me and have to coordinate someone to pick them up and take them back when their vehicle is ready, I just think it's better to let customers know the more realistic timeframe when the appointment is booked. But again, I would definitely recommend them. read more

Rate it a 3 and not a 5 because I had to bring it back a second time for retinting of a window. found some debris under the tint and what looked to be a manufacturer defect (swirl mark). Called them back, made an appt. In and out (an hour each time). Although I dont want to keep coming back for the same thing. Tinting job could be more neat. Other car tint done in CA. The cut was upto the very edge of the window. Its been 4 years with no problems. Looks like the window came factory tinted. So in comparison, not the greatest but satisfactory. Maybe they are better radio installers. OCD? Or the fact that it was almost $200 for tinting is a good enough reason to make sure the job is done right. Nonetheless they took care of it. read more
