We went on a Friday night so I couldn't avoid doing my usual Friday Fish Fry. We all ordered the fish fry and were not disappointed. From the moment we sat down, Kim burst onto the scene like a superhero in a "Restaurant Rescue" movie. Her menu knowledge is impressive. "You could go with the salmon, or you could take a walk on the wild side and try the fish tacos," she said, winking like she was sharing a state secret. Guess which option I went with? That's right, the spicy tacos! Throughout the meal, Kim was like an ever-vigilant waiter ninja--appearing just when we needed her, whether it was for more condiments, a drink refill, or a much-needed pep talk about our life choices (which, yes, she absolutely gave)! Her humor (she's hilarious with a great laugh and smile) and wit made for such delightful banter; if I had a dollar for every laugh she gave us, I'd be able to pay for my next five meals.
