My car broke down on the highway after I got out of work and requested a tow through AAA. Armonk garage was on the call. I sat there for 3 hrs waiting for them and called them 2 times. They were extremely rude and told me they knew nothing of who was on for the tows and to call AAA. AAA got no info out of them and told them to call back in 5 min. I am a woman stranded on the side of the rd and they were no help and told me if AAA and I weren't satisfied we should use someone else. Well I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! They are the WORST!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS to anyone! Hope this helps anyone who is stranded.

They charged $250 for a pull out fee but the car was driven straight onto the bed of the tow truck no pulling was required. 288 for storage when on the receipt it states 96 per day for storage. Other company's i called told me it would take an hour to just get to me. The driver was very friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable. I drive a BMW and the car is very low to the ground. The driver towed it without dragging the bumper. Definitely a 5 star company.

The person on the phone was very down to earth and gave me a very reasonable price. I was really in a pickle at the time. I'm from New Jersey and literally had to leave my car up there in a parking lot. I called several places and they were one of the few open on a Sunday (they were also the most affordable!) Super nice people, the tow driver gave me a call to confirm the drop off location and called me when he was near. So glad I called them, seriously give them a call, they'll hook you up.
