NY roads are terrible, so we are lucky to have someone like Derek available to assist. One of the rims was bent in 22 places and all of the rims were visually out of round. The car also had shaking which began after hitting a major pothole en route to JFK a week before seeing Derek. I dropped off the car and they called me a few hours later to pick up. More recently, I got a nail in my tire. Came in around 4pm - fair warning, a lot of people come in 4-5pm - thankfully I came early enough to beat the after work crowd and there was only 1 person ahead of me. I sat down in a little seating area with TV on, waited about 20 min and they came back and told me it was all done. They plugged the tire and I was on my way. Everything took less than 1hr and they didnt charge me for the plug because it was so quick and I'm a return customer. Very satisfied with the customer service and overall experience.
