When I got there, only one other person was is in the lobby. Just a note it's small inside plus they have seating blocked off due to COVID (Which I'm okay with). The staff was nice at the front desk and the paper work wasn't that long. I had another person in front of me , so I had to wait a bit in the exam room. The PA ( I'm saying PA cause usually doctors say that they are a doctor when they walk in, if she's a doctor I really do apologize ) asked me what brought me here and actually listened to what I had to say. She told me what she thought was wrong and ordered some X-rays. Additionally, she added an X-ray to see if what I thought happened was going on as well. Got the X-rays done and what she said was the right thing and she took her time out to explain why. Gave me a shot and I was on my way home. Woke up this morning in barely any pain compared to the day before. Thanks to the staff there for proving me wrong and taking good care of me.

The doctor and nurse were very knowledgeable and, above all, CARING! No one explained anything until I asked. After a family emergency caused me to miss the two-day follow-up, the receptionist -- rude, unprofessional, and careless -- refused to help and said I had to redo everything. They were rough during the exam and even left bruises on me. I paid $120 and had to fight just to get $80 back. If I had her name, I would report them to the health department in a heartbeat. Save yourself the time, money, and disrespect -- do not go here.

The waiting room was quite cold and I found the chairs uncomfortable....probably because I was achy. Once I was called the staff was very kind and helpful.  They took my vitals, ran a few tests and called in some prescriptions for me. The process was fast once I was called back. I actually started feeling better by evening. I will definitely continue to choose this UrgentMed location. The waiting room can be long; but probably much faster and less expensive than visiting the ER!

I had to wait almost 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment because they only had 2 people working at the time. The location is easy to find and the parking lot has a nice amount of spaces for everyone that needs to come here. The lobby is always clean and there is more than eniugh seating as well. One of their main entrance doors is stuck so there is only one door to come in and out. The rooms are clean but very small so I feel like I'm ontop of everyone when there is more than two people in the room at a time. In a nutshell, a family member was physically injured in a car accident and we arrived at this urgent care facility for observation and treatment. Check in process: Simple one page registration. Counter Staff: Super polite Bathrooms: Modern & Clean Wait time: 15 minutes Medical Staff: Kind, Empathetic toward situation Doctor: Informative X-rays - Quick and Painless Provided medical items to take home. A live video with a staff member was conducted to reconfirm all insurance information. Prescription medication was distributed through an automated machine called RX Now by Insty Meds for a small fee by credit card. The entire experience took an hour and a half which included x-ray results with a CD in hand prior to leaving. I highly recommend this facility for any quick care medical treatment.
