That leads me to my issue with them. We had them come out to check our kitchen sink, a toilet, and a leak in the water line of the refrigerator. They pulled out the refrigerator found the source of the leak said that they would turn off the valve to the water line to see if that stopped the leak. After again making some insanely expensive recommendations that we turned down they never checked if the leak had stopped nor made a recommendation about what to do with the valve. The leak got worse after they left and I called them a week later have them check what they did and it turned into being accused of tampering with the valve myself. After an hour of wrangling they made 2600 dollar recommendation just to fix the valve that they manipulated. I will never, EVER recommend them, poor service, constant runaround, and expensive products.

After the gas line was turned on, a gas leak occurred, requiring PECO to replace parts on the gas meter. Based on the PECO technicians' experience, they indicated that opening a gas valve too quickly can sometimes contribute to a gas leak. On the other hand, DiBiase explained that, in their view, the issue was not related to how the gas was turned back on but rather to the age of the PECO meter, which they believe would have failed regardless. To the company's credit, they discussed the situation with me and provided an additional year of free maintenance. While I appreciate their response and the added maintenance, I'm not convinced the installation wasn't a contributing factor. I hope they review their installation procedures to help prevent this type of issue from happening to future customers.

The technician barely looked at the job for 30 seconds before giving me what I felt was an outrageous quote. After I posted a review, the owner contacted me and made things right, so I changed my review and decided to give the company another chance. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. I recently had an emergency and needed my sewer ejector pump replaced. The technician quoted me $3,571 just to replace the existing pump with a new one. I had already agreed to the replacement when he came back and told me the owner wanted to replace all of the existing piping as well because they said a 2-inch line was needed to meet current code. I said no--and thank God I did. I found the same pump at Harbor Freight for $119. I called another plumber, who installed it in about 45 minutes and charged me $250 for the installation. My total cost: $369. Done Right's quote: $3,571. Difference: $3,202. I understand that businesses need to make a profit and that emergency plumbing work isn't cheap, but there is a huge difference between $369 and $3,571 for the same basic pump replacement. I gave this company a second chance after the owner made things right the first time. After this experience, there will not be a third.
