Because of the dishonest work performed, I had to pay for work needed by another company because of damage that was caused by their negligence and lies. They claimed to have replaced a certain pipe that was not. A report signed off by them and the borough stated it was done, but pictures taken by other companies dispute this. I also had to call them a few weeks after I purchased the property because of the lack of replacement of groundwork, a large sink hole developed in my yard. An employee came out with a few bags of soil and discovered they would need a truck load of dirt. Why are they even in business?

Begrudgingly I agreed and the gentleman said someone would be there on Monday AM between 9-12. Needless to say I survived the weekend, thankfully my children were away. First thing Monday AM at 8:33 I received a call stating that the contractors were about 20 minutes away. They arrived right before 9AM as promised & got right to work. I didn't catch the primary gentlemen's name but he did tell me he was the son of the owner. He was so engaging and informative explained possible issues and once it was diagnosed got the heater fixed. They were here a little under 2 hours. He was honest enough to explain that I shouldn't waste anymore $$$ repairing this heater by explaining the life span and what my next steps would be. I'm totally satisfied and would highly recommend.

I know how to restart it but it wasn't working, they pointed out that dust buildup was preventing it and fixed it in no time. They didn't charge me for this quick fix! Second time, my frost free hose broke because I ignorantly did not disconnect it in the winter. And I said yes definitely I got a phone call this morning that they were 40 minutes away and they got there in 40 minutes two men came in came out did it without even batting and eyelash. I've never seen anybody worked so beautifully and so nice. I hope I don't have to use them again for the water heater, but I do know where to go to an experienced plumber.
