I was also sooooo scared of the pain, and she immediately addressed with a dental block that was so smooth, it so I literally didn't feel a thing. I went in wanting mostly my top lip done and it was super important for it to be natural. Before I even mentioned that, she made recommendations that exactly aligned with what I wanted. Once I finished my microneedling package at another medspa, I've decided to try Melissa after being referred by friends. Melissa has great bedside manner and a wonderful personality. She is very thorough and explains everything she does. I've done 2 vampire facials with her so far and going on my third. Things I love and appreciate: -She gives you the numbing package to take home so you can apply it prior to your appointment to save time. At other medspas, you have to numb at their location and wait 30minutes prior to the procedure. I personally appreciate saving time. -She microneedles your neck and chest too! My other medspa only covers the face! -Instead of paying a huge lump sum for the package like most medspas require, I really appreciate paying for one procedure at a time and still be able to claim my free session later on. read more

She was wonderful, took the time to explain each treatment and how they will work together. I immediately booked several appointments to come back to see her first, for botox. Wow! In February 2022, about a year and a half ago, I got lip filler from Nurse Melissa and couldn't have had a better experience. As a 21 year old, I have heard so many horror stories and warnings from friends and family against cosmetic work so I was a little nervous but still Melissa exceeded every expectation I (and namely my mom) had. She was super kind, knowledgeable, funny, and completely put me at ease in every way. It was obvious to me that her work is important to her and she is very good at it, and her approach showed me that it wasn't just a sale and she cared about the integrity of my lips and her work. The recovery process was painless, I got a little goodie bag with a couple take home lip treatments which lasted me months and were great. My filler seems to be mostly dissolved, and my lips looks and feel like I never had the procedure. Everyone in office was exceptional and I would absolutely consider returning.
