After doing more research, we discovered this is a common tactic they've used on other clients too. Just look at all the 1-star reviews - our story is NOT unique. The owner, Sara, is incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. She should not be running a business, especially one involving medical procedures. To make matters worse, we later learned they are currently being investigated for not having the proper licenses to operate. That is terrifying considering they are injecting people's faces! But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.
