First Hydrafacial! The receptionist offered me some water and an array of snacks that they had in the lobby as soon as I walked in. My appointment was with Trish, and she is the absolute sweetest. I actually do my LED lashes with her as well, and was so excited when I learned she would also be taking on hydrafacials. The room set up was super cute, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. She even tucked me in with a soft blanket, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. She explained every step of the process as she was using the machine. The first step was the cleansing of my skin, followed by the extractions, and closed with the hydrating serums. My skin looked so glowy and clean after everything was over. At the end, she let me see all the gunk that came out, which included a couple of whiteheads and makeup from the night before (even though I triple-cleansed). Once the service was fully over, she ended with a 5-minute blue light session, which was great for my acne-prone skin. Overall 10/10 experience! I've been coming to Katelyn for my skin needs for about 5 years now. Treatments I've done: Kybella for under chin fat, Botox, micro needling with PRP, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, and a few Hydrafacials. I had Kybella about 2 years ago and the fat never came back. Amazing! Botox- I do a small amount of units on my forehead and I'm in love. I bought the package when Pore had a promotion so my units will last me a while! Since I paid for it in advance, I feel like I get it for free every time I go in. Girl Math! Micro needling: Painless and helps your skin so much! Katelyn numbs your face so you don't feel a thing. This has been life changing for my acne scars and overall skin texture. I've gotten many compliments about my glowing skin. My deep crater acne scars are not as deep and this procedure has definitely promoted collagen restoration. Laser Hair Removal: I did my full legs with Nurse Juby and I want to do the rest of my body. Not having to shave my legs every 3 days has been the greatest thing ever. Juby was awesome, explained the whole procedure, and took her time to make sure she covered all the areas. Also, painless! Hydrafacials: The most relaxing facial I've ever gotten. They use a machine that sucks the gunk out of you face and the blackheads on my nose have been disappearing. You also get red light therapy and an amazing facial massage. I fell asleep at least once during my facial. I know I've been ranting about how great everything is but that is just because it's true! I would never recommend a place if I hadn't tried it and vetted it for myself. In 2026 I plan to try a lash lift, lip blush, and maybe lip filler!! BE CAREFUL, FALSE ADVERTISING!! I was very excited to try out this spa for a facial but was quickly disappointed. First, my esthetician ran 30 mins late for my appointment and once I arrived she advised me that my service would be an express 30 minutes service not the 1 hour service I was previously advised of. When I pointed out that my appointment confirmation provided for a one hour service she stated that the 1 hour included turn over service for the next client and that my service was really only 30 minutes. Second, and the most disappointing, the esthetician proceeded to advise me that my service would not include the services outlined in the appointment that I had booked. I had booked the anniversary special that was advertised as a hydrafacial + dermaplane with a skin analysis. The esthetician stated this special was actually for an express hydrafacial service not the complete hydrafacial service and that the skin analysis would not be included as it would take her too long to do and there was only so much she could do in 30 minutes. She then stated that the anniversary special price didn't cover the value of the services and that it was a marketing or front desk mistake and should not have been included. At the end of my appointment, the esthetician offered to have someone call me about scheduling the skin analysis but would need to speak to someone as she believed this was a mistake made by marketing or the front desk. Do not waste your money at this spa - they use false advertising to get you scheduled in then provide a rushed incomplete service to get you out.
