I came here yesterday for a pedicure & it was fabulous! I was regular at Coldwater Creek & they have done a great job at "keeping it the same." I wonder what the other MeSpa's look like though because they did no renovation on this one. The products they carry are different & their menu is much more expensive now. At Burke Williams you get a wide variety of amenities like the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, misting room, and a much larger changing room. I think their prices make sense because you get so much more than just the service. If this place had amenities I would be much more eager to make the switch. Four stars because the prices got way higher & it's still basically Coldwater Creek. read more

I absolute love coming here! Everything from waxing (eyebrows & legs), manis, and facials! I know that it being a spa it should be immaculate, and it truly is; the staff follow all the guidelines and never feel weary about germs. I know I can go to a regular nail shop and pay a few dollar less but I feel most places aren't as sanitary and don't like the foreign talking and yelling they do across the room. Considering my facial was $125 for 50 mins I was not impressed. When I booked my appt I was not told to arrive early so that I could have the complimentary foot soak. Extractions don't automatically come with the facial you have to ask, and no eye cream was put on my eyelids. Instead of removing my eye makeup she left it on. I was fortunate to get a great price on a massage though a promotional offer. I liked the neck wrap and warm water foot soak before my massage. Lindsay did an awesome job on the knots in my shoulders. I was thankful of her technique because some CMTs can be too pokey on my back for me to relax. I felt like my entire experience there was all about ME-from the friendly greeting as soon as I walked through the door, the soothing foot soak with a heated neck wrap, to the amazing massage-my experience was top notch. My massage therapist, Craig Williams, is hands down the best massage I've ever had and I would highly recommend him along with this spa to anyone. I have gone to this ME SPA for massages (regular and prenatal), facials (regular and hydra facial), and a mani/pedi multiple times. All of my massages have been great, I recommend Patty for facials, and I recommend Janet T. for spa pedicures. The gel manicure was nothing above and beyond a regular gel mani, but I highly recommend getting the spa pedicure! I've gotten the 60-minute spa pedicure a few times now - it has always been great - definitely a nice treat for your feet once in a while! read more

I first visited Me Spa from a recommendation, and have been back multiple times since for various services. I knew it would be the perfect spot to bring my bridal party, mom, and mother in law for some pre-wedding pampering. The front desk accommodated our schedules and planned the morning for us. Upon arrival, we were offered plush robes and the full spa experience. The techs were friendly and skilled, and made us feel right at home. I've been here several times with my Mom and it is excellent. We always leave relaxed and having fun. The pedicure is amazing - a reclined chair & aromatherapy ‍. My massages have always been wonderful - every time I've gotten one here the therapists really listen and adjust. My only suggestion for improvement would be making sure clients know to come at least 15 minutes early to their appointments to fill out the forms. My mom and I didn't realize this and we were so rushed by the staff. Both my massage therapist and my Mom's aesthetician rushed us through the first experience we had there. Maybe not book treatments so tightly would also help. Over all though we'll definitely be coming back and enjoying ourselves even if the staff are super rushy read more

I have been a member since back in the day they were Coldwater. I have always looked forward to my facials with my favorite gals...Rachael was my favorite & the last to leave recently.... My esthetician's have since left & I have tried 3 ladies that have been there for some time. They are very sweet but the facials are nothing like they have always been in the past. They don't give you the full 80 minutes...they have cut back on the amount of products they actually apply to your face & the biggest complaint I have is that they spend the majority of your facial time, cleaning up & putting their items away. My girlfriend and I have birthdays exactly one month apart. She suggested massages and facials- me OK! Who cares I had one 5 day's earlier. Wish we had been earlier to enjoy the detox foot soak- will so do that next time. BTW- park near Macy's and enter at the first mall entrance. We got confused. I got a skin peel, which can be a little uncomfortable if you've never had one. But, they walk you through the process before they start and check on you every step of the procedure to make sure you're doing okay. I am beyond disappointed with the level of service I received today from this place. I have been here a couple of times before and I've had great experiences. Upon my arrival the lady attempted to skip the complementary foot soak and rushed me to the room to get a "30 min" massage when I had made a reservation for a 50 min body massage. When I asked about the foot soak and why my time had been change she said that they didn't have enough time, that my facial was coming up so they changed it. I was so confused because I was not notified. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism. Like many others I was hesitant to try Me Spa because it was up at the mall and I have not had good spa experiences in the area. However, after receiving a gift card a few years back for a massage, I finally got around to using it. From the moment you walk through the door the ambience makes you feel like you are in another world. There is no loud talking or noise at all which really creates the atmosphere you want when going in for a massage or any service. I cannot recommend Me Spa enough for anyone who needs anything done. I can not say enough about the all around experience my husband and I experienced tonight for our 80 min massages. After a wonderful Christmas I wanted to treat my husband to a surprise massage. I walked in yesterday to check out the place. It is very clean with lots of wonderful products for purchase, lots of trendy items with a great cause behind many. Leslie (I think is her name, short brown hair with glasses) helped me and showed me around the spa and showed me their specific products that the company manufactures themselves. She is so nice and so professional and friendly, so impressed! Very impressed about their products also! Hands oh so soft after the little mini treatment! They Worked with my schedule and booked us for tonight with Vanessa and Matthew. Both my husband and I walked out of our treatments and looked at each other amazed at how incredible our treatments were. Attention to detail and took away all of our stresses! We have had many massages many times from Four Seasons to many spas in Vegas and this place is quality. We both can not wait to come back again, our go to spot in Ventura County. I booked a 60min deep tissue massage for myself and a back and face facial for my mom. My mom never does stuff like this so I was glad to be able to do this with her. It's Simi Valley so most places cater to a size 4, so my mom was concerned if they'd have robes big enough for her. They did, but if you're concerned with covering up you can always bring your own. I have bigger feet so they gave me flip flops for a guy. I guess my point in all this is to say that no matter your size you shouldn't stop yourself from going. So, after we change we go into the relaxation room and drink water and have a foot bath. All the staff speak in quiet voices. It was very reminiscent of Jesus washing the feet of sinners or when the pope washes the feet of prisoners. Since my mom had facials her esthetician Kayla came and took her away for her procedure. Then, omg, as if being called out in the middle of a crowd, this tall drink of water flashes through the curtains and asks for me. Hold onto your hats folks, cause this review is about to get steamy.... Craig with his salt and pepper medium length hair and piercing grey blue eyes saunters over to me and kneels at my feet. He says some stuff about how he'll be taking care of me as he proceeded to slip his hands into my foot bath. I thought he was just going to take my feet out but he started massaging them! I was surprised because my mom nor the other lady in the room had their feet massaged - or hell maybe I didn't notice because the room fell away as my jaw dropped with this man caressing my feet. He dries my feet and leads me to the massage room and leaves me to get in the bed. Finally alone, I do a couple of silent squeals and fist pumps in the air at having this crazy hot guy as my masseur. Like seriously he's the ONLY guy there at the time and he had a Harley leather jacket on - oh yeah he rides cause I saw him arrive at work before we went in. Older, tall, Long hair, Harley riding guy gets to rub me down - thank you, thank you Lord!! I melt into the bed and get comfortable, covering myself with the sheets and blankets. He comes in throws off the blankets and places his hand on my back and says, "Can we take off your bra?" Oh hell yes we can! I move and he stops me with his hands and says, "No, here. Let me" He smooths his hands across my back and pops the latches effortlessly and slips the straps from my arms. I lift slightly and watch the cups sail over my head as he deftly whisks it away. I'm literally PANTING here breathing erratically for the first 15min as his hands run across my body. Gawd, those hands, those manly rough bike gripping hands. I'm single and sad as it is, this is the most action I've had in nearly 3yrs and my body forgot how it feels to be under the power of a mans touch - YUM. So the rest is a blur, a wonderful semi-erotic blur with his hands roving the curves of my body, but I had a nice deep tissue massage. It hurt so good, but my lower back did hurt a lot afterwards. I had pulled something earlier in the week but I didn't think a massage would be bad for it. Something I should have mentioned in more depth, he maybe would have gone softer than harder. Oh well that's on me - I was uh obviously too distracted to mind at the time. ;) So in short - go see Craig. He'll take alllllllllll your pains away in more ways than one and leave you with plenty of memories for those cold lonely nights. read more

I had scheduled appointments for myself and two friends one of the two friends flaked 45 mins before her appointment. So the two of us showed up with time to explain what happened since I booked the appointment my CC information was on file to reserve the spots. I knew that I would be charged for the missed appointment and I was really hoping for some flexibility since myself the one who booked the appointments did show up. I asked if I could possibly put the charge towards a longer service for myself or product so it wasn't a complete loss. The young lady at the counter was so helpful but when the manager came out for me to discuss these options with she was cold, didn't greet me with a smile or a hand shake. She looked at me expressionless while I asked my options. She said (in a robotic tone) sorry its policy to charge 50% of the service for a last minute cancel. There was literally no point in her coming out because the message could have been delivered in a much nicer manner by the young lady at the counter. Note to the manager it's not what you say it's HOW you say it. With that behind us, we were forgotten in the relaxation room and foot soak/ tea wasn't offered till one realized we were sitting there minutes before our service. The girls helping us did the most to make up for it and I appreciated that. Finally, my facial it was great! Nora did a fantastic job of listening to my concerns with my skin and using the right products for me. My face felt so fresh and still does! Overall I really hope I had a one off weird experience and would be willing to give it another go. read more

OK I know they're new and in transition and since I'd been a long time Coldwater Creek Spa customer I thought I'd give it a try so here's my honest take: I still LOVE the ultimate pedicure and as long as Kim is there I'll keep going. It has not changed and I've been there twice under the new owners. I've started to get manicures and am doing the gel polish, which I love and Brooke is very nice and does a great job. I do the organic facials with Anna and am happy she's back from maternity leave so have one coming up it's been far too long! I'll let you know if that has changed. All massages and body scrubs etc I must confess I've started doing at Burke Williams in Sherman Oaks. It will take alot of persuading for this spa to reel me back in for those services as I find for less money I can get fantastic services and many incredible facilities such as whirlpool and herbal baths there - ME Spa should add these or they'll continue to miss out on many clients that I see driving out of Simi to get. To be fair, I moved these services away when it was still Coldwater Creek well over a year ago. One gripe and I don't understand it as the new owners are the ones that makes the bath fizz balls but both times I've been there recently they have been OUT of stock of the small apple fizzies. It makes me crazy because I see large jars in the nail salon stocked full of them but none on the retail shelf! I'll keep having my mani/pedi done here and will watch and see.... there's been NO advertising and the few people I told you could still get the Ultimate pedicure there were surprised as they thought it was closed?! read more

Was treated to a 60 minute pedicure and it was tremendously relaxing. The esthetician was great and really took note of my knee injury when performing her massage. The color selection is great and everyone there is professional. Loves that they asked for phones to be off or on vibrate and forced you to relax and have your phone put away. It was nice to decompress and be detached for an hour. Also found that they sell the Image line for facials, it is hard to find this and pricing is compatible to other salons and spas. read more

My daughter and I went in for a 45 minute ME SPA Signature Pedicure. To me $59 seems pricey for a pedicure, but I had a gift card, so why not? It was very clean & the receptionist was very nice & warm. We got changed into robes & waited in the relaxation room. We met our "toe ladies" & were shown into the pedicure room. I was immediately shushed by my toe lady for speaking above a whisper. Um, ok... That was awkward. Soaked our feet in a bowl on wheels for a minute & then reclined in a zero gravity chair. To be honest, that was probably the best part. Just to recline. I think my feet & legs were massaged for maybe 2 minutes, which in my book, for $59, is about 20 minutes too short. Long story short - worth $59 (not including a tip?) Noooooo way! You're paying for the atmosphere & ambience. Can get the same outcome - my toes manicured - for $20 tip included elsewhere. read more

I love coming to this spa and try and come at least once a month for an ultimate pedicure. It's sheer heaven for 90 minutes! my regular pedicurist is Michelle who does such an amazing job that I only like to schedule with her. From the minute you walk in the door you're treated like a princess. They have a quiet meditation room that's just perfect to relax in before and after the pedicure. I have been to many spas around the world and feel like this is right up there with the best of them!! When many of the shops at the Simi Town Center started to close down, I was so glad to see that the spa would remain open...
