I did not realize that the Daily Delish was part of Meadow Brook Inn. I know them for the local farmers market. They have good pita chips and hummus. The to go food is really convenient for a quick lunch or to bring to the beach. Lots of good options for all dietary restrictions. Recently I had the farro salad and eggplant caponata. I mixed them together for two meals. The eggplant caponata was VERY good. I'd definitely get that again! The farro salad was good but I felt like it needed more veggies or a bigger size to be worth $8. But super convenient and was what I needed this weekend. read more

We learned about this place because they come to our local Scituate Farmer's Market and sell prepared food. Haven't been to the actual Meadow Brook Inn but the food is AMAZING. Just can't stop ordering, it's a bit dangerous when we go. -The eggplant parm is authentic and giant portion you can eat for days...same with the pulled pork. I feel like the sauce may have changed slightly but smack that on some sweet Hawaiian Rolls with pickled red onions and you will be in heavy. -We love the four bean salad (but hacked it and figured out the recipe to make it ourselves). -The pickled beets make me actually want to eat beets. -The chana chaat and avocado hummus and pineapple mango salsa all switch it up and are great. -Lastly, don't miss the eggplant caponata. Holy antipasto gods - I want a tray of all this stuff right now! Only complaint is sometimes they would not show up every weekend for the market...heartbreaking, really! We recently had a catered brunch at our home. We had already tried the stuffed French toast at another event and knew we needed an extra tray for the freezer because we knew it was out of this world. We also ordered quiche and what they called quiche Lorraine (because I've never tasted one like that), I could literally eat that for the rest of my life and be fine if I was fat and died from it. the muffins were the most beautiful I've ever seen and also the tastiest. My cousin had a wedding here a few weeks ago and I am still thinking about just how amazing this venue was... the food was delicious and served at the perfect temperature, and the staff was amazing. The reception was terrific along side the dessert. I would recommend this venue to anybody looking for a special event venue... beautiful inside and out and the fountain gives off a beautiful and calming sound in the courtyard. My granddaughter just had her Bat Mitzvah party at Meadow Brook and it was so amazing. The place itself is so beautiful, Gabe, Marisa and Brian's guidance was beyond helpful and all the guests were commenting on the delicious food and how the adult meals as well as the children's buffet were served hot and were so plentiful. The staff were so accommodating and always smiling and asking if there was anything else we needed, etc. I wish I had known about this place previously as I would have had a few other functions there. wow is all we can say. Gabe and Marissa were so easy to work with on our wedding event. We wanted a quite setting and we found it the grounds outside were beautiful. we had a very small wedding and they made us feel like we were family to them. As for the food oh my god was so good nothing but the best for the people they serve. everyone love the food and the place even with all that is going on ( mask must be on ) not one person had a problem with it. I went here for a Christmas party. I found the food to be quite bland. The Roast beef "roast"was cut thin to hide how chewy it was. The Chicken picatta had little to no lemon flavor, and if you tried asking for extra sauce they'd barely give you anything. The appetizers were two types of bruchetta, stuffed mushrooms and bacon wrapped scallops. The bacon on the scallops was soggy, the scallops didn't have that unique scallop taste, and the stuffed mushrooms were greasy and bland. I attended a wedding at Meadow Brook Inn a few months ago and have to say I had a wonderful time! Not only was the food delicious and plentiful, the grounds are gorgeous yet quaint. I enjoyed lounging in the gazebo during cocktail hour which was outdoors. The sounds from the brook and colorfully lit fountain give off a loving and tranquil vibe. Very nice off-the-beaten-path wedding and function facility in southern Rhode Island. The Inn offers pretty exterior surroundings perfect for outdoor weddings and summer cocktail receptions with a country flair. The function room itself is small, acceptable yet unremarkable, and I would estimate could only handle around 100 to 150 guests at a time. The entrees and appetizers range from the delectable to the questionable, though the portions are large and the staff is pleasant, folksy and tries hard to please. read more

I just got married here and it was perfect. The owner Marisa, was available and very helpful through the entire planning process. We had a Buffett and the choice we got to pick from we're vast. The food was amazing. Chicken franchaise (spell?$ was delish! The pasta, grilled veggies and roasted potatoes were all great as well. It's verity reasonable to have your wedding or any event there. We got married outside and it was perfect. If it were to rain, they could easily move the ceremony inside no problem. The grounds are gorgeous too. I can't wait to see how our pictures came out! I attended a wedding at the inn this spring, it was the worst venue I have ever attended! The wedding was during the day, the staff was very unorganized giving us dirty coffee cups & never bringing cream. The food left A LOT to be desired & the overall appearance of the facility as well. The inside looks as though it hasn't been renovated since 1990. The best part of the inn is the outside! The gazebo & brook were pretty. I hope to never go back!! read more

i recently attended a lovely wedding at the meadow brook inn. with the ceremony outside by the babbling brook, cocktail hour by their "oasis", again outdoors, and a lovely dinner inside of their main building, i think that this would be a great setting for just about any event. the filet mignon, with appetizers of tortellini and salad (delicious dressing), service was attentive, and complete with a smile. overall, easy to find, darling surroundings, and an incredibly organized space and staff. read more

Our daughter just had her wedding ceremony and reception at Meadow Brook Inn. She feel in love with the venue as soon as she saw it - and she has very particular taste! The garden was the perfect setting for the ceremony and the cocktail hour after didn't feel rushed and guests could enjoy a time of relaxing while the bridal party had photos taken near the fountain. The staff from early in the planning and through the entire wedding and reception-were extremely accommodating, helpful and kind. The food was wonderful and presented beautifully.
