Attention attention attention do not do not put your loved ones here I'm going to tell you a story…read moreit is my story and it is a true story my name is Mitchell Bishop I made 62 had to take early retirement I was a Master tech auto mechanic for 32 years 18 weeks for Chevrolet 14 of which of my own company Mitch's mobile auto repair in inland empire on mobile mechanic stage 5 heart failure stage 4 kidney failure stage 4 COPD high blood pressure and more I'm a young 62 and I got sick and now I'm dying I have a short time left to live and this company made my life a living hell first off they're not professionals and I'll tell you why I know this because I am when the calls for four of them going to jail from the San Bernardino sheriff's department investigators number three while he hooked them while you have the entire crew over there placed on the sidewalk face down on Monday morning the sheriff's deputy called me back after earlier been in contact with him he called me at 2:00 p.m. and said Mitchell please be quiet I want you to listen to this and when I listen to was him asking the people on the ground if they wanted to contest what I had said against them or do they want to go to jail all of them replied go to jail that was shot hands down there's something going on here's what happened it's short story they didn't take care of me at all I had 14 to 17 minute visit every Monday from my nurse and that was it never morning 17 minutes not once I found out later that the common places for one to two units meaning two to four hours a week sounds like medical Medicare fraud to me I don't know cuz I haven't made contact again with the sheriff's officer investigator because I've hired Medicare fraud investigator and an attorney and of advise me not to say anything more so I'm just letting people know because I don't want anyone to go through what I went through a year a solid year of not seen your doctor I was sick on multiple occasions but I need to see one I would not it was not allowed to I stepped on some small pieces of glass barefoot it got into my foot and was getting faster I'm a diabetic class one I could lose my feet while I am losing my feet because of this for 4 months I baked them to please give me a doctor like there was problems with my feet he never did I'm now in course for feet removal of both feet I not only lost my life but now I'm losing my body parts because of these individuals I'm not sure how this works but I do know they didn't want me seeing a doctor and my feet were black by the time I went to the hospital 4 months after I originally reported to them that I needed serious attention for my feet they never once let me even talk to a doctor they they convert Brianna the office manager would convey messages back and forth between the doctor and her and to me I don't believe those messages ever existed but anyways you'll find out in the wash will come out either way I'm going to lose her cuz I'm losing my life and I'm losing both my feet are going to be cut off I am very sick and the stress alone has caused me too heart attacks now haven't had a heart attack in a year and also not had two and two days I'm dying correctly and it wasn't dying quickly like this before so please do not put your even think of putting your loved one in here just on the on the validation what I've said my phone number is 840 203-9613 Mitchell Bishop I stand behind this with my name and my phone number thank you

One caregiver provided by this company, overdosed my mother on morphine pills and she was in a morphine coma for 3 days. 4. The communication during the booking process was great, until we had issues with caregivers and care being provided then no one answered the phone calls or texts. None of the caregivers provided had any credentials. They hire anyone off the street to fill your schedule needs instead of being honest and saying they don't have any caregivers available.
