The nurses in the front were nice. But when it came to making sure I knew the plan for my brother the nurse (Kim) in the back was very rude. Not professional at all and wearing a Cowboys jersey. I have never seen that kind of attire accepted anywhere in healthcare. Only 1 doctor seeing one patient every 45 minutes to an hour. We had to wait over 3 hours to even be seen for the doctor to look at him for 5 minutes and tell he is good to go once he fills out the paperwork. I would not bring my loved ones here if you don't have to.

I tell him, I've waited an hour and nothing is being done? I tell him I was in a car accident, it's been hours off pain and no pain killers or treatment and he wants me to go wait at an ER? He suggests s shot of pain killer, I say yes, then he backpeddled and said it would need approval of insurance and would take time. Made me doubt him as the next day I went to another location and that same spot was administered. As I repeat that he didn't do anything after an hour of waiting he says "go complain to your mom and the receptionist at the front" he says he doesn't have time and says he understands, I said you don't understand as I leave him behind me and he is blabbering and I told him "i thought you didnt have time, so i dont want to hear it". He never asked questions and yet there was a diagnosis made in documentation he had to send my HR since he didnt even mention to pick it up, I was in pain , and left to take care of myself before ending up in the RR but at least with some pain killers in me. Seems everyone got their side of work comp for the company taken care of but I had to look out for my own health.

She says yes and that I'm next in line. Once it hit 4:22 I was done waiting, ran into the dr and asked what was taking so long. He says he had to check on a patient in there with an injury first... But she said I was next yet you have to go check on the other person first? Then the Dr comes back, rushed through my physical then it was over after 5 mins. I had complete hip replacement in May 2025…read more He is an incredible dr, I went from horrific pain from a hip dislocation, then my hip collapsed and walked around in misery for 7 years. After my surgery, I went straight to Arrowhead physical therapy. Everyone there was very professional and helped me tremendously get back my strength. I don't remember all the therapist names, but I worked with Amy the majority of the time. I am very thankful to Amy, she was very helpful with me gaining my strength back and having zero pain in my hip. I look forward to the near future having a double knee replacement and continuing my therapy here at Arrowhead. The only thing I had a hard time with, was getting through by phone. My suggestion is to ask for the phone number when you book your appointments.

Even the doctor allowed a 15-minute grace period, which made visits stress-free. Because of that positive first experience, I chose to return here after my recent rotator cuff surgery. Unfortunately, my experience this time was completely different. The new front office receptionist is very rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She was visibly bothered that she had to get up to ask the physician if he could still see me, even though I arrived within what used to be a 15-minute grace period. I was then informed that the policy has changed to 10 minutes, with no flexibility. Considering I'm recovering from shoulder surgery and it's difficult for me to get dressed and drive, I was hoping for a little understanding -- instead, I was turned away and had to drive back home. I made another appointment, but it was booked far out. I'm giving this place one more chance, but if things continue this way, I will not return. It's disappointing to see how drastically the office atmosphere and professionalism have changed. The front office sets the tone for the entire clinic -- and when that declines, it raises concerns about the rest of the care behind the scenes. Patients come here trusting they'll be treated with professionalism, respect, and compassion. I hope management looks into this, because the difference between my past and current experience is truly unfortunate.
