My mother was left with out care and completely disabled and reliant on the scheduled care. 2. This company sent unqualified "caregivers" to work with absolutely no preparation of my mothers condition 3. One caregiver provided by this company, overdosed my mother on morphine pills and she was in a morphine coma for 3 days. 4. The communication during the booking process was great, until we had issues with caregivers and care being provided then no one answered the phone calls or texts. None of the caregivers provided had any credentials. They hire anyone off the street to fill your schedule needs instead of being honest and saying they don't have any caregivers available. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs any caregiving for a loved one.
