I've been ordering from Meal Prep Sunday for 3 weeks now and they are honestly great. The food selection is great and the food taste is solid. I microwave mine due to restricted time so taste is 7.5-8/10. Im sure heating it on the stove would make it a bit better. I LOVE their juices though. I drink them pre workout and give me raw/clean energy. Overall it helps me stay on track and I love that they provide all the macros and you can keep everything tracked on the app they offer. I will say its a little pricey but they do offer weekly rewards for continuing to be a customer which is awesome. I like that they deliver it on time and in a nice cooler bag with an ice pack everytime in case Im not home right away to put them away. Tons of variety to choose from. I usually brace myself for healthy juice taste, but these were actually delicious and something I'd grab even on their own. I've also been taking the AM/PM supplements they offer, and they've helped me stay consistent. The AM supplements give a clean boost, nothing crazy, just enough to feel awake, focused, and not dragging through the day. And the PM ones help wind me down so I actually sleep and recover instead of staring at the ceiling. Together, they just make staying on track feel a lot easier. i never updated this, so basically they put me in for a loop for a good month or so telling me my account has been fully deleted and blah blah then going back on their word with well this and that changing what they meant. i basically grew tired of going in circles and just hoped i wouldn't be charged. there is not evidence that my account is fully deleted or that they can see my person information or credit card (since i can never remove it.) all i know is i haven't been charged since... so i guess there's that?? they basically are saying you can't delete your data because if you use a promo they need to track it. which is funny because i never got my items to even begin with??? well that's the update. this place sucks and is 100 questionable at best. read more

Stay clear of this meal prep service. I canceled the service and they still billed my credit card $103 the following week. Meals are sent on Sunday and I learned of the billing on Wednesday. When I reached out to them they said 5 days notice was not enough time to cancel. It is, of course, enough time. Their resolution desk is a series of text messages to different numbers that all say to send it to someone else. Even the pop-up help screen on their web site does the same thing, all saying to send it to someone else... Pros: Can't deny that the meals are good. I skipped deliveries but couldn't figure out how to cancel in the portal so submitted a cancellation request via the text thread with customer service as well as questions about the initial meals delivered. They replied to my inquiries about the meals delivered and didn't reply to my note regarding cancellation and that I didn't authorize future billing. They then proceeded to bill me $200 and deliver meals to an address I don't live at (hence the cancellation request)! Now customer service is not giving me my money back and not accepting responsibility when they are at fault for not replying to my cancellation request. Avoid avoid avoid. If anything goes wrong, the customer service is a nightmare. Response: if the customer agents were unavailable then they should have replied when available with information on how to cancel! The portal cancellation was not clear AT ALL. Now I've been billed for $200 for meals I didn't receive! This is completely unacceptable. This company clearly has no problem continuing to bill you after cancellation--a pattern echoed in many of the other 1-star reviews here. It feels like a scammy business model designed to trap customers and squeeze extra money out of them. If you're thinking of signing up, be very careful. Canceling doesn't mean you're off the hook. I'm not even basing it off 5 star restaurant standards; I'm basing it on lower standards, and it still doesn't taste as it should. The meals I've eaten taste like soda that has gotten "flat". I think that's the best way to describe it, and it isn't amazing at all. Even something like steak and shrimp, something everyone has eaten before, you would think it would taste amazing because steak is great, but it doesn't taste that good. Maybe it's because it's not fresh anymore, or I don't know, or their ingredients aren't good quality, but nonetheless, the taste isn't there. It's something for busy people who don't have time to cook or can't cook it to just eat it. Pro: and the reason I gave it at least 4 stars is that I got it on discount at 49.99, and at 3.50 dollars per meal, it's great, but compared to microwave frozen food, I'm not sure if it is that much better, if it is even. Con: The normal price for the meal is not worth it in my opinion. If you are rich and can spend 200 dollars for 15 meals that don't even taste that great, sure, go ahead, but you aren't rich, so I would not recommend buying it. Also, the taste is pretty bland and flat, like I said before. Also, another con is that they don't have cooking instructions per meal. I scan the barcode on the container, and it just takes you your login page. Some of the sauces don't say whether to put it on the cooking or after. My 4-star review is based on the special first week, but if I bought it at the full price of 200, I would give it a 2-star, and that would be for effort, because the food tastes bland. I've had nothing but issues with this company. A few months back (in April) I saw a promotion to try their meals for a reduced price. I ordered that promotion. They then signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge or permission. No email confirmation. When I tried to cancel the order they denied me a refund, saying if they cancelled and refunded me, the food would be wasted. So they charged me $118!! for 24 meals that I did not order. Not only did I ask for the order to be cancelled and refunded, I asked them NOT to deliver the food, as I did not want the order under any circumstances. They delivered it anyway, despite me telling them I would be out of town. The correspondence was horrible. Now today, 8/14, I get an email saying they're having trouble processing my order. I never placed another order!!! Thank God I deleted my CC info after the first ordeal, as they're trying to scam me AGAIN! I even went to their website where it shows my "subscription" PAUSED.
