I love Sprouts, from the fresh produce, the bakery, the premade food and the vitamins. Everything is so yummy and healthy here. My only gripe is that you can't get through here quickly, there is always a line at the deli counter and in the checkout lines. Besides that everything else is good. read more

Honestly such a lovely Sprouts location! I grew up coming to all different Sprouts locations in North County, but this was has always been a favorite. I love the variety this store offers, the cleanliness of the store, and the welcoming and kind team members. It's very easy to find specific items and/or brands as the store is laid out well and they have signs for everything. While prices may be a bit higher on certain items than other grocery stores, sprouts still has great deals on many quality items. They specifically have a wonderful bakery, wine selection, cheese selection, vegetable selection, and a great sandwich stop! read more

I don't usually shop here. I pop in once or twice a year, and generally shop at Frazier. After my visit last night, I will never set foot in this store again. Prices everywhere are going up; however, I was shocked walking the aisles of the store. The prices were exorbitant. Sprouts has delusions of grandeur. The produce section was only half stocked and all of the water sitting under the lettuce looked disgusting. I ventured to the meat counter. The prices were ridiculously high and the products did not look fresh. There were very few shoppers or employees. What a waste of time. read more

I'm a Sprouts loyalist! Sandwiches, great deal! Sushi BIG fan. Always fresh . Now being honest I realize the Sushi Cheps are not employees and that fine, as I love the selection, but when I go on the weekend why do we pay the same "Fresh" price when it's not as fresh? Ordered a turkey sandwhich from the sandwich bar. This was my first time at this location as I was just in the area. I was so disappointed to find that they don't have a toaster. I had my sandwich, although tasty, so cold and sad. Will not be coming back to this location for my sandwhiches. read more

DEAR SANDWHICH LOVERS, don't get your sw fix at sprouts. Should you modify one small thing like, i like cheddar cheese instead of Swiss on a #7, the worker will lose their mind and argue with you that you have to have their sandwich the way they say so. Then you go ask a manager for help and the manager says, "we'll do it this one time but the sanwhich comes that way and it's price is set for those ingredients. The most stupid excuse a manager could have given. Ok, mAnAgEr and sprouts. But when YOU go ANYWHERE to eat, DON'T YOU DARE MODIFY ANTHING. If you hate onions and your meal comes with onions, YOU'RE EATING THOSE ONIONS. Like, since when did modifying a slice of cheese on a sandwich become complex rocket science? I went to Carl's Jr. Same chicken SANDWHICH and when I asked for yellow cheese instead of swiss, they just handled it like professionals and got me my SW with the cheese I like. Know what's SAD? I love shopping at Sprouts in Bressi Ranch. The store always looks so clean and inviting. The food is well cared for and everything is so fresh and great tasting. What is going on at Sprouts. The shelves are empty regardless of what time I shop. They are getting rid of more and more name brands and bringing in their own label, but the quality is lacking. More expensive, smaller packages, less variety. I find myself at Von's and Trader's more often. I think I'm done with Sprouts. read more

I would rate this as a zero but it's not an option. I opened up my rice and I thought it was a special sauce. I thought I grabbed the wrong packet only to realize it was mold. And it's not the first time that I've bought things from Sprouts on El Camino and Carlsbad and items expired really fast or they just weren't up to the date on the packaging because I always check. Cornbread hard as a rock. The produce that I get from the store used to be great but recently probably the last couple of months it just expires and gets moldy within 24 to 48 hours after purchase. When I ask for a manager, it just seems like that nobody's ever available and if they are, they're very rude. I'm so disgusted with the store and it was my go to place. read more

Someone in a store recently complained to me, " No one knows anything anymore." I kind of agree. It seems people move from place to place and job to job frequently so no one settles into a body of knowledge about job or location. I had the pleasure of interacting with a rare exception today in our local Sprouts store. Juan in produce could not have been more knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about multiple vegetables and fruits. He was anxious to help and share, and I was eager to listen! This a rating for the deli. Best kept secret in North Carlsbad is all I have to say. You can order an affordable custom made sandwich for $5.99! It's good, pretty big, and fresh. You don't have to interact with staff, you just need to fill out a little paper with your sandwich details (e.g. pre-internet era) and leave it on the deli counter. Pretty fast and you can always call it in! read more
