Good food truck! We randomly came across it and ordered like 8 tacos which came out to $10. Wait was a bit long but I'm pretty sure the food was made to order (and only one guy cooking). At 11 am to 11 pm, Tuesdays to Sundays, you will see the big red food trailer with the word "Let's Meats Tacos". There are seating area under a large canopy, which is a big plus! I came here for their Taco Tuesday special, which is $1 for asada and pollo tacos. The sauces here stood out for me the most. I have been devouring tacos at many places for ten years living in Orange County, especially Santa Ana. So my expectations are high, that being said. The sauces are flavorful and the meats are tender plus seasoned well. I like that they have the pickled purple onions with carrots, the radish, and chopped white onions, with other toppings that are usually seen at most taco bars. As mentioned before, try the orange sauce. And their green sauce.. if you're a daredevil, go for the red ! Will highly recommend their juices, the pineapple is my favorite. I've been to quite a few taco trucks, and this one is now at the top of my list!! They changed location to the back of a parking lot, so check their instagram for updates as well as deals--we came for their $1 pastor taco deal on a Tuesday. The pork belly was by far my favorite, sooo juicy and flavorful, but the cabeza was great as well, and all the tacos have generous meat portions. The owner is super friendly and the asada fries were spot on. I'll be back to try their quesabirria pizza! read more

This is by far my favorite taco truck! I'm slowly making my way through the menu. My absolute favorite are the asada waffle fries. You are actually able to grab a good mouthful of fries plus your meat, you don't have to constantly pick at your food to get a good grab because they use waffle fries instead of regular fries. That means every bite is flavorful! I also enjoy the asada taco! I always love to add the purple onions that they offer with the habanero and hint of lime, SO GOOD!!! On top of flavorful food, their customer service is amazing! The owner Armando is very friendly and attentive to all his customers, I've noticed he greets his regulars by first name! He is that passionate that he makes sure he remembers a face. The other gentleman by the name of Jose is very knowledgeable as well and friendly. Anytime I have a question about an item on the menu he makes sure to explain to me what the actual item has. I highly recommend this place to everyone! You won't be disappointed. read more

easily one of my favorite taco spots in oc, and i'm picky! i ended up coming back two days in a row after the first time i tried this place, it's that good. their carne asada fries are unlike any other that i've tried. they're super generous with the meat, and every bite is amazing. this is a must-have! i've tried their tacos with a few meats: asada, pastor, pork belly. all of them were delicious, but i didn't expect the pork belly to be so good. their sauce and condiment station is stacked--the red sauce is actually pretty spicy, which was a pleasant surprise. lots of options and you get to take as much sauce as you want (sauce containers are provided.) service is always on point, never had any issues. they always answer my questions and my food always comes out quickly! they often run $1 taco promotions, go check out their insta to see which meats are on sale that day. i've tried a lot of taco places around socal, and this is definitely a unique and worthwhile place to try. i can't stop coming back! read more

The parking is shared with the barbershop next door so you can really park anywhere. Their chicken tacos are really good, the chorizo as well. My family gives the Asada 5 stars wash all the delicious tacos with a refreshing horchata my family's favorite. They have Birria tacos which hit so good with this weather.
