Well let's see where do I start !…read more So last night I get several notifications that fraud was happening. Password changed. Phone number changed. The whole enchilada as they say. I was on hold for 30 minutes at 9pm waiting on the fraud dept to answer the phone. When I got to them they were awesome they cancelled everything and locked everything down. No money was lost. Whew right ! They said just go into your local branch and we will fix everything for you Oh and the fun begins! Had to open a new checking and saving account No problem let's get started. Oh no you need to make an appointment sir. We don't have anything Available. Like WHAT!!! Your bank just had fraudulent activity and gave me a freaking heart attack Now you are saying get to the back of the line we will help you when we can? Well surprise I closed my account went down the street to CHASE and opened up an account online. They had appointments too but they helped me get started and now I get 300 extra dollars because CHASE appreciates my 30 years of business. I was with Union bank that got bought out by US Bank So I guess the old saying is true it takes years of business to create a relationship and 60 seconds to lose it! We came in to do a name change on our bank account through the teller and they told us we had to…read moretalk to a representative, so we scheduled an appointment to talk to someone the following day at 4:30. Turns out when I get there we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to free up. Kind of defeats the purpose of an appointment when you have to wait so long. Extra star because the representative that finally helped us was super friendly and helpful.
