Not a lot of location of US bank around my area. Drive out of my way for this location. Got service by Ashley Campo. She is not that attentive and not professional with her job. Don't smiles, not welcoming, and when she answered your question so rude. I have others bank like Chase and Charles Schwab etc. Kind of new to this bank so far not that good experience and with tech/online not too friendly. I'll give it a try a bit longer to see any better in management. Otherwise I am will be gone. Need a lot of better management on train the staffs. read more

What a horrible bank! Not sure if its the service and how slow the employees are, or how the policy sucks and it takes forever to do a transaction. Every time I visited this branch, I waited a long time in a very short line. Each transaction takes forever! I called multiple times to have them mail me an ATM card. After 2 calls and a visit, I finally got my card. Then when I was finally fed up and wanted to close my account, it took over 30 minutes! read more

If I could leave a review with no stars I definitely would. I've never been so disrespected and treated so disgusting. The women here have no sense of customer service what so ever. My teller wouldn't look at me the entire time we spoke and I don't just have an everyday checking account I have a business account and after my encounter today I'm seriously considering changing my banks. I'm so upset with the way myself and my business service has been treated. You can count on the fact that I will NOT come back here and I will be sure to let everyone I know not to use this location due to the unprofessional staff. It's a small bank with many female tellers. Customer service isn't the best. They would prefer to chit chat then attend to their banking customers. If the Barranca US Bank would have not closed I would never come. What is a really con is the lack of speed and respect provided. read more

Would rate this "senior banker" the worst I have ever come across. First denied me as I tried to cash a check without a n existing account. Then told me to go to a check cashing store, without offering me to open an account which would have only taken a few minutes to avoid the hassle. I ended up depositing the check through the ATM with my brothers account. And rudely told me that she's was going to reject the check when they close out at night. I then went on to asked her well if there anyway we could reverse the transaction then if the check was going to be returned and she said and I quote "oh well you need to wait for it to return in the mail and you have to pay a return fee" and laughed sinisterly. I highly recommend she receives more training in customer service. read more

Worst Customer Service experience with the Branch Manager Celia Koshak. Needed to deposit two checks and order a new card while trying to fill out the deposit slip in line. The Manager came out and ask for the next person in line and I walk towards her and asked me what I'm there for. She tells me since I don't have my slip filled out she was going to help the next person in line. I told her while she orders my new card I would be finish with my slip. She walks away and request the next person in line. She completely disrespected me as a customer. read more

Someone sent me a money transfer thru western union. The maximun every western union i went to is $300. I finally asked where can i collect my money and they suggested us bank. I came here and there were 3 young ladies looking at their fingernails. I told them i needed to collect a western union money transfer, they said "not if you're not a us bank customer." DO NOT BANK WITH US BANK.disappointed with this bank. I'm tired of being LIED too. First, I call them and I'm placed on hold for 20 mins or more.I had given my information two times to different people. I explained to them my situation. I was being charged overdraft fees when I knew damn well I had money. I had called and was confirmed I had money to pay so why am I still being charged for overdraft fees?!? If I wouldn't have funds I wouldn't have never used my card at all. The branch manager called me back and told me he couldn't do anything. All he kept telling me was that my funds would be available on the 17. I never asked about that. All I wanted was for one overdraft fee waive how am I responsible for that ?, when y'all kept telling me I had funds available.?!?! I had just opened my account and I'm going to close it! I would rather go bank with chase or credit union than this bank who lies and steals your hard working money. I will make sure to tell my company to not bank this useless lying bank!! They opened this branch on September 24th, 2012. It's located inside a super Walmart which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This in-store branch is open 7 days a week! Monday - Saturday 10am-7pm, Sundays 12-5pm. Effective March 1st, Saturdays will be 10am-5pm and Sundays 10am-3pm. By far the worst bank I've ever had!!! This branch is the most unprofessional branch I have ever been to. I have had multiple issues constantly calling so they can help me figure out what was the problem. My balance would go from 300 to 0 to back to 300 and than to see the next day my account was at negative! Without spending any money. This was a weekly thing it got to the point that I had to go into the branch because they couldn't help me over the phone. When I went into the branch I asked to speak to the manager and the teller notified me she wouldn't be In till Monday so I asked if she can provide me her managers information and if she can leave her a message to get back to me Monday as soon as possible. Celia the teller had the nerve to tell me "oh well she'll probably be to busy to call you" !!! Wait a second excuse me if I'm having a issue with my account this should be a priority to contact me and help me right away and she ignored it like it wasn't her problem. They're extremely rude unprofessional and the worst branch I have ever had to deal with. I left a voicemail for Daniel B their director let's see if I even get a call back from him.
