I really like this branch because the staff is always attentive and friendly. Special shout out to Guillermo and Jason for always helping me with whatever I need. This bank is nice and clean. I like the remodel and upgrades, it's very pleasant. Lollipops are back too! Haha I've been coming here for years! I moved to Brentwood and I still make that drive over here wherever I can. There's a lot of parking spaces and drive through ATM's as well as outside ATM's by the front door. There's usually a security guard outside or inside. It might look sketchy, but it's safe for the most part. read more

I have worked with Varsha three different times now and she is just the nicest person ever. She goes above and beyond to help the customer. This five star rating is for her. I have been to this branch a handful of other times though for various things and have never had a problem. Everyone has seemed very nice and professional. I don't love the outside (bad location) but the inside is wonderful. read more

I deposited a $2500 check online and unlike many times before, it did not release $500 before releasing the rest the next day. This time, like every once in awhile before, it put a hold on the check. The check is guaranteed through my attorney's corporate account and I have never had an issue. so I go to this branch and supervisor tells me there's nothing he can do. ill be late with my car payment and mortgage because I have to wait for the check hold to be removed and he didn't know when that would happen? Chase has cost me more in late fees and headaches than any other bank. I left Wells Fargo and went to Chase on a friends recommendation and that friend was wrong. I finally closed my Chase account and I'm so happy!!! No more holds on my deposits forcing me to be late on my bills. No more $12 a month fees because I was unemployed and didn't have direct deposit. No more "I don't know" from Chase tellers and supervisors! I'm banking now at Discover and I literally get paid to use my ATM card. No ATM fees either and people actually know things when I call. read more

Interesting I went with a friend to the Chase bank in Antioch the other day he had a rather large check to cash. He didnt have an account so the 2 tellers got together and told him for NON CUSTOMERS there's a check cashing limit of $2500 otherwise he have take it to his own bank ..... did she LIE??? Why didnt she explain the part of the required documents needs to cash a larger check ? This rating could probably be about any bank branch, bank in general, or the banking institution altogether. No one takes responsibility as you never speak to the same person twice and it seems ok that whatever one person said before is now "not how we do things" when you speak to another person. Most employees have very limited information and only specific answers they seem fine to repeat over and over and can't seem to defer to anyone else. Calling in for support only results in hours of waiting and still no real answers or solutions for resolution. At this branch, Jason Francisco, Lead Associate Operations, seemed quite proud to share how things are done with checks that are deposited and that he could show me how the process is written out. Nice, though, in the past three months the same process was completed in three very different ways with my account, though that didn't seem to matter to him since he could show me what was written. If only having something written out could explain everything...few skills, little information, disregard for what the customer actually says, a nice flow-chart, and lots of customer dissatisfaction...go home happy, Jason, or whatever name you have as this could be about most banking employees, in-branch, on-line, virtual, whatever. Wait...I just realized...this could be a review about just about any of our current institutions or government agencies...hmm, are there really any options anymore than to accept poor service, mediocrity, lack of real service, and a value on customers/clients/fellow humans? I have been with Chase for 5 plus years . Last week I deposited a check for $1,990. I didn't know that this was a scam check. I'm a senior citizen and thought I was going to have advertising put on my minivan for some x-tra money. Chase Bank treated me like I was a criminal and you received a letter from them about canceling my account because of this check. Since I have been with Chase for so long they decided to freeze my account until the check was physically returned. I was already embarrassed being scammed and they made me feel even worse. I am closing my account now and don't recommend Chase Bank to anyone. I know they could care less since I am not filthy rich. So I hope this will humiliate them. This has to be the worst Chase bank ever. This is where they send all the reject Bank Tellers. They are so Slow. After helping one customer often the teller will stand and talk to a co-worker for a few moment before calling the next person in line. And please don't expect to be greeted because there's is none of that. Just put your card in and don't interrupt them while they talk amongst each other. The customer service is good here, but I absolutely hate going to this bank. The entrance always has a bad smell and is often filled with debris and whatever the homeless person left from the night before. The branch manager should work with the City of Antioch to resolve the continued issues with someone squatting in the door entrance of the bank during the night. They have a mat that has been in the entry way outside that is filthy and has the same awful stains for the last 8 months. Please go something about the chicken sues st to his bank. read more

This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever felt with. I have a chase investment account and needed a letter for the account notarized, I was told by my account two that as soon as I received the paperwork from her to take it to any chase branch and they would notarize it. After waiting for 25 minutes to see a banker she refused to notarize it because I don't have a regular chase account. I then had to call my two and have her instruct them to finally do what they should have done in the first place. read more

I recently left BofA to apply for chase checking and savings but since I opened my account it's been nothing but inconvenience..bank of America at least gave me a temporary debit card while waiting for my actual card in the mail. I first opened my chase account and did not get a temporary card..waited more than a week for my card in the mail and found out there was an error sending it, but did not get a call had to find out by calling them. I went into this branch and ordered a DISNEY card which is what I ordered in the first place, they gave me a non-visa card which I could barely use anywhere!!! It took forever to get my debit card and guess what, it was not the card I ordered. Called corporation to complain, they can't do anything...what a great customer service! read more

I recently switched from Wells Fargo to Chase. My wife and I decided to open a joint account there. Melissa helped us. We had to wait a bit when we first got there even though there were not many customers there, but the customer service we received from Melissa really stood out. She let me know about the account that was available to me since I am a veteran and she never treated us any different as a lesbian couple. That may not seem like a big deal, but it truly is. I recommend this branch to anyone who wants to be treated like they matter to this company. That how I left feeling. My business mattered.
