Ultimately, the hassle with my damaged car became too much during a stressful time. This driver (may have) caused cosmetic damage that would need over ~$1,000 in professional repairs. Regarding the couch, it really isn't holding up well even though pets don't use it, we are considered light weight people, and we do our best to keep it nice. The pullout bed mechanism was either installed wrong, or there is a flaw that makes folding it back in feel pretty dangerous. So that feature (which was the whole reason we bought it) is basically unusable. With that mechanism being suspicious, we can't even give this thing away for free. If you want an expensive, cheap couch... shop at Joybird. The people at headquarters were helpful to an extent, but couldn't really help all that much. The in-store team is awesome, but can't really help with the issues going on.

The purchases included over ten beds sofas two dining tables and additional home accessories. The website looks great the designs are nice and prices are always presented as discounted. However the actual quality of the products is average at best and in some cases below average. Within less than two years two Charm beds completely collapsed to the floor. One dining table broke. The sofas while still looking fine visually lost all structural support and now sink badly. I recently contacted the company for help because several beds literally broke. To my surprise Valyou Furniture refused to help stating that their warranty is only one year and my purchase was just two months outside the warranty period so they would not offer any support. A piece of furniture meant for daily use especially at this price point offering only a one year warranty raises serious questions. What does that say about the companys confidence in its own products. Very disappointing experience. Nice design but poor durability and disappointing customer service.

It was a lovely place, well designed with an intuitive layout, and tons of attractive merchandise. I spent some time browsing the furniture and housewares, and everything was tasteful, pretty, and of obvious high quality. I got a nice gift as thanks for my participation in the event, some fancy tea and a ceramic mug. I almost never want a free mug, but I really like this one. The store worked quite well as an event space. A little bar popped up in the middle of the store, and there was food set up in back. There was also, of course, an abundance of comfortable seating. Whether you're looking for furniture or hoping to host a cool event, I'd recommend Nickey Kehoe. It's a beautiful store with a lot to offer.

Upon arrival the couch sections did not align, no matter the configuration- off by inches on three of the three pieces. Following normal use for a single week the couch began to sink, heavily. There's a major dip of the larger piece where we can not sit comfortably. We wrote the company after holiday travel about our issues not wanting to return, but simply to replace the pieces to the defected couch and they refuse to do so. All and all we purchased what we thought to be a new, unused, quality couch for a premium price of a little over $2000. I would be extremely weary of ordering from this company and wish that I would have read reviews sooner on their business practices and low quality products.

The sales staff confirmed that is indeed hair and she was very helpful to fix this issue. She ordered a replacement for it but the replacement also came with hair in it. When he basically told me that I am wrong, I mentioned how the sale staff confirmed that this is in fact a piece of hair but he started to talk over me and told me not to trust the sale staff. He explained how that is not hair and it's a piece black fiber in a aggressive tone. It seriously looks like a piece of pubic hair. When I asked him if this isn't hair, then is it a part of the design. The answer was maybe and it happens. To sum it all, this $500 chair comes with pubic hair or " black fiber" baked into the chair. We ordered the Wood rail sofa after spending a lot of time comparing options online. I was nervous…read moreabout ordering something custom, but I'm glad I finally did it. The wood base feels very solid and you can tell it's real craftsmanship when you see it up close. The cushions are deep but still supportive. I think it which was important since this is our main couch and we wanted it for weekend lounging. The best thing about it is that it doesn't feel mass-produced. I think it has something to do with the overall proportions and the way the upholstery fits into the frame that makes it feel like it was built specifically for our living room space. It took some time to complete since it's made to order, but we expected it. When it arrived, it completely changed the room. We're very happy with it.
