When I called the number, they had no clue who she was and it was clear I was not connected to a local business. I naively signed up for "auto pay" and now I get billed for things that are not explained. (I am not alleging these charges are bogus, but I just don't know for sure.) I've tried reaching someone to figure it out. After many attempts, the best I have been able to do is reach a call center, most likely located outside of the U.S. If they were a good company to work with, they would make it easy for customers to reach them and they would clearly itemize charges. This is the CVS that's located inside the Greenbrier area Target store…read more I chose this location because it's close to the office. Service is good but they're not always staffed well. Many times I've been here and there's only a single employee holding down the fort. Today I stopped in during my break to find they were closed for 30 minutes from 1:30pm to 2:00pm. However there were 3 people back there so was there really a reason to close instead of staggering their lunches? Oh well. It's better than nothing. I walked the store for a few minutes and came back and waited on the bench. Once they opened I was helped immediately and able to pick up my prescriptions and be on my way.
