Absolutely loved the atmosphere here. The inside has a massive tree in the middle of the room that makes you feel like your eating outside. It opens up to the outside patio which is quite comfortable and has heaters for those chilly nights. You order your food at the counter and they bring it to your table. They were very helpful ordering and made great suggestions which we ordered. The Big Bowl with rice and veggies and the Hummus Stacked Bowl. Both were very flavorful and filling. I've only had Meddy's in Wichita and when I came in and ordered what I usually order there without looking at the menu and was told they don't have it. Same owner but not the same menu :( Terece was kind enough to explain that while that particular meal option wasn't available she could still reconstruct it and I can have the same thing. She was amazing in helping me out & would check up on me often. While eating I noticed that all the staff was attentive to customer and brought out drinks when they noticed they were about 1/3 full. While it's not a typical "sit-down" restaurant they still made sure I was taken care during my stay. If you see Terece, tell her I said "Hi" as she was the reason I decided to stay. I took advantage of the evening happy hour 4pm-7pm and saved 20% off each cocktail. MEDDYS offer great kids options. There are great vegan options. The meddys main plates is massive $15.49 chicken , $16.49, & beef $17.49 for lamb you pick your protein. I was too full for dessert. The garlic chicken is great! I even love the pickled sliced veggies. The potatoes are heavy on garlic. Hense the name garlic potatoes! They pair very well. The Salmon bowl with rice and veggies is amazing and will get you super full. The flavors of the food on plates, bowls are incredibly fresh and ahhhhhhhhhmazing healthy good. I have been here 3 times. The food is fresh and delicious too. I love the tabouli, always fresh and perfectly seasoned. So nice to have complimentary pita and great tasting olive oil for dipping. North OKC has a new Mediterranean hot spot! Meddy's opening weekend saw quite a few visitors when a few of us stopped in for the soft opening lunch. One of the first things I noticed was the menu board, which rotates views of each plate offering; great for those of us who need some help reading the menu from a short distance. I opted for the Meddy's Main Plate with the lamb as protein, and another guest tried the beef with tabbouleh, which I sampled and it too was incredibly tasty.
