Take a quick stop at the coupon machine and see what you may be eligible for. The shelves here are well stocked and items are presented well. You can get a wide variety of items here ranging from vitamins to milk. It's almost like a large convenience store. The pharmacy is located to the rear. On average there are two friendly people there to assist with pick ups. The line can get long so be patient. Overall this store does an excellent job of providing good customer service, average prices and the convenience of finding a wide variety of products. Ray, the old owner/manager/pharmacist was a simple, courteous and knowledgeable. Unlike this new manager who has hired pharmacist Jean Mak. Jean has the delusions of thinking it's her job to be in charge of a patient's autonomy, telling them how and what medication they can use. Even doctors (those that completed medical school) don't have this level of control. She tries to play this maternalistic role and I really hope she get fired. I will be looking to file a complaint with the California State Board of Pharmacy.

This location is bigger than most of the other 986 Pharmacies I've been to, and the employee who helped me was very kind and friendly. I called ahead to make sure my doctor had sent over my prescription, and she was nice enough to get everything processed quickly. By the time I arrived, all I had to do was verify my insurance and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The whole process was fast and smooth. I also like that they offer free delivery, which is really convenient for times when I can't make it to the pharmacy. Everything was efficient, and the staff made the experience easy. They even gave me a small goodie bag with things like tissues, popcorn, and cough drops, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
