They use a syringe to pull smaller doses out of the already measured full dosage to cheat people out of their money. The worst experience there. Staff was very rude. Went in there today for a shot and was accused of not paying my full bill for my last visit. Nurse told me I agreed to pay it my next visit. Never was I told I still owed money and never did I agree to pay it at my next visit. I knew the nurse was lying to cover her butt cause why would they let me leave the office if I didn't pay my last bill? Heard her talking to the Dr. and he was talking very rudely about me. Told the front desk staff I wouldn't be coming back. Don't ever tell a patient I agreed to something I didn't and lie to my face about what I said to cover your own butt. You're in the customer service business, learn to give good customer service especially when your services aren't cheap. Would never refer anyone to go there. read more

I love this program. The low carb high protein diet really works though it can be challenging. My first week I followed a diet of greens and lean meat only and I lost 5 lbs as expected however I did go back to a low calorie diet as that is easier for me given that almost everything has carbs. The phentermine works really well and thus far I am able to get by on 1/2 a tablet a day. I usually get the 10 week package however I have switched to the week by week. The Dr. Is funny and light hearted, he makes the experience enjoyable. Some of the nurses are friendlier than others but are mostly pleasant. There was one time though where I was going to be running about 5 minutes late and I called and asked if perhaps they could wait for me as this was close to closing time and the person on the phone said "no we close at 3". That Made me upset because I am regular that has been coming here for over a year and all the way from LA. But I got over since I made it in on time anyways! read more
