I'm now 176 lbs. im not going to say is easy because is not, and the worse is,I can not follow the diet but I've been trying to eat " healthy " and no carbs.I'm happy so far with my results. I'll be honest, it isn't easy! Update So it's about time I updated my review. Sorry, I accidently deleted the previous one! It's been about 15 weeks now, and I'm still with the program not because I haven't lost weight but because I want to loose more. Let me start from the beginning. Before I started Medi-Slim, I weighed 192#. To make a long story short, I started exercising and lost 7# on my own. Then I joined Medi-Slim. At 10 weeks, I lost 33# and weighed in at 152#. 40# total since I started exercising. Although I am not yet at my ideal weight (of 145), I feel like a new person. I went from a size 12-14 to a size 4-6. I've completely changed my eating habits, and now I exercise daily. I can't thank Medi-Slim enough. This place really works, trust me! You should know that this spot is offering $5 off services for people that post 5 star reviews. Without me knowing this, I would have given it 4 stars, but I just don't think that that is a good way to get honest, unadulterated feedback about your business. I have been coming here on and off for a year. I initially lost 40 lbs. Success! I felt GREAT! The only down side is that once you stop taking the appetite suppressants, if you have not truly changed your eating and lifestyle habits, you will gain the weight back. I gained 20 lbs back, but I am on the program again and I am determined to make the lifestyle changes this time. Bottom line is that the diet plans here work, and they are affordable to boot. I've lost 10 lbs total and 10 more to go. It took me a while to loose 10 lbs but it was because of my own fault which I cheat alot. But even though i had cheated during the diet, I'm still loosing weight or if not stayed at the same weight. Love this place and will recommend it to many others. My 1st time I went to Medi slim wellness I lost around 30 lbs. I walked and ate right while taking the phentermine once a day. Unfortunately I gained the weight back. I tried the HCG shots ate 500 cal. A day I lost no weight. So when I went to my own Dr. She said I couldn't lose weight because I work nights and not enough sleep as where that causes a lot of stress. I came into medi slim wellness in the third week of June. The doctor Muhammad was very knowledgeable. He showed me the different diets, but I walked in with my mind already stuck on the HCG diet because I had done research on it already. He warned me it was a very harsh diet with injections everyday and me being the stubborn mule I am, I decided to go with the HCG anyways. I finished the 40 day program and lost 23 pounds in 40 days! It's amazing. Hard diet, but worth it. They also did a follow up appointment to explain to me about "phase 3" after the injections and how to keep it off. Try it! Fast and easy startup, good location as I used to have to drive all the way down to upland for my last weight clinic. This location is much better. This place is different than others I've been to, as they have an in-house gym where they even have Zumba. It's a nice large office with a friendly staff. I have been going there on and off for about two years. I was there last week 2/14/2014 it was super busy. I was there for 1 hour, you do lose weight but you gain it right back after you stop going. This is a quick fix if you want to lose weight for a special occasion however if you want to keep the weight off this is not for you.
