I am Chinese myself, and felt comfort hearing some Chinese tunes playing. I felt at home honestly and wondered to myself why I haven't gone this place sooner. Today, I decided to get a chrome gel manicure, no acrylic extensions. Lol, also the first time I opted for no nail extensions & did natural nails. My nail tech was Fanny, who was very kind and did a great job! My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to ;). I asked for two coats of OPI Funny Bunny, one coat OPI Bubble Bath, + chrome finish. The nail salon was super clean. The tools used are all sterilized well. I consider their prices pretty fair, compared to other nail salons I have been to in the city. I would come back again and recommend coming here if you're around in the area!

Well I guess I remember that the quality of work was subpar. I requested a dip French manicure and French pedicure. The pedicure was not bad and the tech asked me how thin I wanted the white part which was good but as soon as I got in the chair for my manicure, it went downhill from there. I was trying to tell him how I wanted the shape as I'm very particular about my almond shaped nails. Every time I motioned to say something about MY NAILS, he would tap my hand away and dare I say hit my hand, basically telling me to stop and just wait for him to finish. The job was sloppy and not smooth. I was not happy and of course I was way overcharged. I can pay for something if the quality matches the price but this was simply not the case so footing this bill left me sick! By day two, I couldn't believe what my nails looked like and they were already cracking. I never have this issue at my current nail salon. And even when she started to paint the first nail and I didn't like it, she was totally fine even though she literally had already showed it to me, but I swear it looked a little different. And I just truly appreciated that she didn't mind to make sure that I got the look that I was going for. I also was a few weeks out from surgery and had to be very careful about infection, so I deeply appreciated her extra care and that she warned me I can't do cuticle removal the way I typically would do for your safety. She also had me dry my nails, a different way than they usually do just for extra precaution. I love how my manicure turned out!!! The ladies working in that shop seemed very professional, and it was a comfortable place to be. I brought my son in for a pedicure and they treated him so well and made him feel comfortable. Despcicable and digusting behavior, I most uncertainly will never return and never recommend to anyone.
