If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When I originally called into for an appt I explained…read morethe only reason I needed to come in was to refill a prescription because dr. Berkmar was no longer there and the pharmacy couldn't fill it. I told them that I was out of a prescription and that the pharmacy had given me a few extras to get through the weekend. I've been on the same medication for 5 years so I know how my body reacts when I don't take it and it's not pretty. When I arrived to the appt they said that I was scheduled for earlier and that the dr had left already. You can understand my frustration already.(I wrote down exactly what she said for time) Front desk receptionist Brianna was not helpful and said they would send a note to the dr and I would have to wait for her to approve it(when there were other drs in the building) I called a few hours later still not hearing anything and spoke with Tiffany who needs some major people skills especially in the role that she's in. She said to me that they sent the note and I'll get notified then. Another hour goes by and they're about to close I call again and spoke to the wonderful Tiffany again the conversation turned heated when I asked her what I was suppose to do without a prescription. I asked numerous times if another dr could fill the order and she said it would still be 24 hours before it was approved. I feel this place is extremely unprofessional and the people who work there obviously do not enjoy their jobs or helping their patients. I work in and around Lilburn and meet numerous people daily and will be spreading the word on this experience. I still don't know when I'll be getting my prescription and that's pretty scary for a patient. Take my advice and find another office for your care.

He's arrogant and kept cutting me off whenever I tried to tell him new symptoms and just said ,"I explained this to you already. It's the thyroid. 3. It turned out I had another medical condition that I literally could've died from if I had not gone and gotten a second opinion from another doctor that actually listened to me. 4. I saw a specialist that told me my symptoms had nothing to do with my thyroid even though I do have a slight autoimmune issue. 5. Go to a doctor who actually looks at all options for diagnosis and don't be afraid to ask questions or get another opinion.

Unforgiveable deficiency by a practicing physician, particularly in a large metro area. He left us fumbling and guessing as to what specialty and which doctor to go to. He claims to have been in our area for almost 3 years and to be affiliated with a major hospital network in our metro area; so why didn't he pick up the phone among colleagues from 3 years and/or someone in that major hospital network and get the help that was needed for a patient?

Excessively long wait despite having jumped through myriad hoops online to make an appointment. My appointment was $210 because we don't have insurance. My daughter finished her medication, and it didn't clear up the infection. I called back to let them know and asked for a different medication. They told me she would have to come in for a different appointment and be seen again for more tests. I understand that the visit may be needed later but not to change to a different antibiotic for one time. It's not like she tried several different ones and we were on our 3rd or 4th medicine. They wanted to charge me another $210. That would have never happened at a regular doctor's office. Doesn't seem like they care about the patient just the money. The lady at the front desk told me all of this before talking to the NP which made me even more upset because she didn't even want to ask the NP.
