She was behaving a doctor herslef saying it could not be given because of the visit was not done. But I had visited them earlier for some other reason, which was not considered at all. My medication was held hostage for not formally visiting them for more than 10 days!!! If they are really concerned about patient's health, they would have issued the medication first, so that the patient would not run out of medication. They have their money as the first priority!!!!

I need a monthly prescription refilled, and I've gone without for days 3 times in the last 6 months. They've called it into the pharmacy, but they now don't take my insurance. It's at 4:30 when I NEED to talk to someone in the office and they can't be bothered to pick up. They only want to help someone when they're supposed to be working or otherwise busy.
