I called back the very next day (August 1) to move forward and schedule his appointment--but no one answered. I left a message and didn't hear back until Monday morning (August 4), at which point I was told the price had increased to $4,995 because it was now a new month. That's an almost $1,500 price hike--in less than two business days. At no point during my visit on July 31 was I told that the quote was only valid through the end of the day, or that a new month would bring a significantly higher price. Had I been informed of that, I could have made a timely decision. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, and I find it completely unacceptable. If this practice was aware of a major price change going into effect, they should have communicated it clearly--especially when a decision involving thousands of dollars is being made. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution. In my experience, this office was not transparent or fair in their pricing or communication.

However, they did not inform me of it. Because of this, I received an unexpectedly large bill that could have been covered 100% under my plan. They did not mention any possibility of an additional cost on-site. Their interest is not in the patient but in the unethical business. When I called to claim the wrong bill, they told they could do nothing about it. Very unethical, not transparent, irresponsible, immoral, and dishonest.
