All three meats were tender and tasty; rice was moist, sauces were phenomenal. Baba ghanoush was ok... Tasty but the pieces of eggplant were too big. The baklava...OMG! So delicious and moist. Staff were friendly and helpful, and my order was ready quickly (10 minutes) given the orders he was already filling from phone and online customers. Owner Malik Aboshreakh and his business partner Samir Almlhim own and operate several other Mediterranean restaurants in the area, including Kabab House in Liverpool and another Mediterranean Combo location up on SU Hill. The wife and I love Mediterranean food and we try every place that opens. We recently had a game night with some friends who were also craving Mediterranean, and being in Liverpool themselves, we decided to give Combo a try. I placed our order about 2 hours in advance online. I ordered a combo grill platter - chicken shawerma, beef shawerma, shish tawook, served with salad and rice along with a side of stuffed grape leaves, my wife chose the shish tawook bowl - chicken cubes, rice, French fries, hummus, salad, white sauce, medi-sauce and our friends got a side of baba ganoush, falafel, the half BBQ chicken platter -BBQ chicken glazed with special Medi-marinated sauce served over rice with salad and garlic sauce, and crispy spiced pita bread, and a chicken shawerna bowl. We set our order for pick up at 5:18 PM and were there right on the dot. There were several other customers inside, and our food was not ready. The person behind the counter was extremely apologetic, explaining that they had no customers at one point and then several walk in orders all at the same time. Told him no big deal, wasn't in a rush. He was an extremely friendly guy as well. He made it quickly, marked everything so we knew what everything was, and was sure to give us napkins, disposable silverware, and extra sauces. Our food came to $89 and we also got a free soda for ordering over $50. I also really liked that they allowed you to order something like stuffed grape leaves - which nobody else wanted - in whatever quantity you wanted, instead of having to order a huge quantity of them. Got it to our friends house and we all tore in and were very happy. My one friend who got the BBQ Chicken combo was a little disappointed - he said while it had good flavor, the chicken was a little dry, and it wasn't a sauce as he was expecting, so there weren't any condiments to give it some more moisture. On the other hand, the other 3 of us absolutely loved everything. Everything was extremely flavorful, the sauces were amazing, and it's some of the best falafel we've had in town. My grape leaves were delicious with a great balsamic sauce. Our friend thought she had accidentally received a side of hummus instead of her baba ganoush, as it looked pretty much exactly like the hummus with her combo, but upon tasting it, it was the correct item and we were all very happy with it. We'll definitely be back, and Combo shot to the top of our current favorite Mediterranean in the city. read more

Great food and service. The owner is very friendly and personable and makes a point to get to know you. The interior is very clean and minimal with a few tables that you can sit and eat. I opted for take out and the food held up well on my travels home. I decided to try the combo platter to see what they have to offer. I got some baklava for dessert because I could not resist and it was delectable. I thought everything was reasonably priced. There is a line of ready food and then some of the chicken I ordered was made to order. The falafel are on the smaller side but you get a lot in an order. I got a side of cucumber sauce to dip them in and it was divine. The owner told me about the different sauces and how they are all scratch made. He also gave me a sample of fries with a new sauce he was trying. I highly recommend this place. I believe the owner has a few other spots that I have not tried but I am sure are just as good. read more

Clean establishment with extremely friendly staff. Lamb gyro plate with rice and side salad exceeded expectations as the cuts of meat were thicker and very moist than other Mediterranean places I've been to. This location has been open a month and their other location been open for a few years. Definitely recommend for quality and personable staff. Hummus, sauces, and pita bread all made in house. read more

I'm very happy these guys moved close to me. I love the mediterranean food. When I found out the same guys own the kabob house I was thrilled. Gyros are a must. Lamb or chicken you can't go wrong. The beef and chicken shawerma are both tasty. The rice is always flavorful. I enjoy the white sauce they use on their food but I couldn't tell you what it is. The hummus is super fresh but a little bland. The gentleman who served me tonight was very pleasant. The new place is nice and clean. I will be back for sure. read more

I ordered for pick up so I didn't sit in the restaurant but it looked pretty casual. Had the lamb gyro platter and the falafel. The lamb was juicy, the sauces on top were delicious, and the rice was buttery and flavorful. It came with salad on the side, I tried it and thought the dressing was kind of boring. I didn't eat much of it as it was wilted by the time I got it, my bad for not asking for it on the side. The falafel was what bummed me out. It was burnt, and it was supposed to come with sauce and pita but it was not included. Not sure if I'd go back, considering there are other Mediterranean options near by. read more

I walked in around 5pm and ordered the Gyro platter which comes on rice with salad and fries. I also ordered some grape leaves. Everything was very well prepared and tasted great. Service was friendly and very quick. Restaurant was clean and pleasant with a number of tables. Parking was decent as well. Would recommend. read more

Great place for well prepared and excellent tasting Mediterranean food! Service was excellent, and the food was fresh. The people working seemed to really care about the food they were serving. I had the falafel wrap, and the falafels were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning. They were very light and fluffy, fresh and tasty!! The pickled vegetables, including turnips, were a great addition to my wrap. If you're in the mood for some good home cooked Mediterranean fare, this is a can't miss quaint joint!! read more

My sister and I stopped in for my birthday lunch today because I mentioned this restaurant to her a few weeks ago when I heard really good things about it. We decided on a Combo-Grill platter for each of us and an order of falafel to share. Chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, shish tawook, served with salad, rice or on a bed of lettuce. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy on the shawarma and the chicken tawook was also juicy and had a nice crispy bite with a delicate BBQ flavor. The beef was tender, juicy and seasoned perfectly. The rice was cooked perfectly and the sauces drizzled over the top were delicious. The falafel was flavorful and crispy and the tahini sauce was the perfect compliment. The portions were very generous and the gentleman that took our order was very friendly and helpful. We stop here on a whim and we are so glad we did. The food was off the chart good and reasonably priced. We left there very full and satisfied. We even purchased Baklava (which I don't like in general) loved it and bought one more to go for later. Their hummus was also very tasty.
