That being said, it seems some stuff on the corporate side has changed recently including the fact that you don't see the final total with taxes and fees until the very end anymore which is annoying when planning how much I want to spend. On top of that I am very disappointed that corporate has retaliated against the budtenders for unionizing which is technically illegal. They now have to report cash tips which is also technically illegal. Throughly disappointed and disheartened at the lack of respect from corporate for their budtenders as they are the reason most people come back. Hope things change in the future so I can return.

He comes back to say no, because they closed their registers earlier than the listed time of closing. All registers were fully broken down by 3:30 pm. They were listed as closing at 8pm when I spent over an hour traveling there. I was in the weather they were closing over. This is Chicago. It snows in Chicago. The employees here are top notch. Seriously they're so helpful, welcoming, and kind! My fav staff ever. Out of all the dispensaries I know, Curaleaf has the most frequent and best sales around, along with a huge menu of assorted cannabis products. I love the brands they carry here, especially the Select brand that I don't see too often elsewhere at my go-to locations. They have easy parking out front here, as well. I always recommend looking at the products they have before coming in and booking online so you just come in and pick up your order. This way you can take your time looking at the menu and research the products - or you can ask them in person if you prefer and not book online in advance. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Shame on the workers and security in the store at the time. All white men woth their heads down making it clear they would not help a black women in distress.

I had been traveling over an hour to get to the location when this happened. I'll say I was in a mood. Ascend changed all of that. My friends and I were covered in snow and the gated entrance gives a nice reprieve to brush off the snow and stamp out your boots before entering. Upon entering, we were promptly greeted by an employee that was very polite and friendly. He helped us out and even brought me my glove I had dropped. I was able to quickly find what I wanted on their touchscreens. So many great deals! I ended up buying edibles and flower. I was then led to a hallway and into the dispensary room. To your immediate right is the line for medical marijuana. The employee was already waiting for me and was so helpful in explaining the medical marijuana card to me. I ended up getting some great deals, received some free edibles as a gift for being a new customer and was really pleased overall with the service I received. It's also just off the blue line at Logan Square which I was looking forward to a much shorter go home. Place is really chill and pleasant. Very clean and well lit. I HIGHly recommend this specific location for all of your medical marijuana needs.
