I went with a friend here today for a sports physical and it was a good experience. The check in was easy, quick and friendly. The facility was clean, stocked with complimentary drinks, snack items and was bright and airy. Everyone was friendly and we were in and out in record time. They charge 39 dollars for a sports physical for people up to age 21. If your child or a young person needs a sports physical I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I came to this facility on 2/8 for intense abdominal pain, and had a less than favorable experience. The wait was short, which was nice, but the nurse I had did not appear confident or competent in his role. My main problem was that he issued a phenegran shot, which I have had multiple times, and it burned for a solid 10 minutes after administration. It also left a significant bruise, and is still sore more than a week later. He also didn't remove part of the bandage packaging, which isn't a huge issue in itself but it just shows that he really didn't appear to know what he was doing. My other complaint is that the doctor told me not to take anti diarrhea medication, because whatever virus or bacteria was in my system needed to be expelled. However she ended up writing a prescription for an anti diarrhea medicine, which was contradictory to our conversation. When I asked the nurse about it, he did not have a solid answer, even after going to check with the doctor. Additionally, she wrote the prescription on paper while she sent the other medicines electronically, but didn't notify me that one would be separate and on paper. So when I sent my husband to get my medications at the pharmacy, he only came back with 2 of the 3 and I later found the third buried in the mountain of paper work they give you upon release. Ultimately I was examined and left with a more solid idea of what was ailing me and how to battle it, but the overall communication and care could definitely be improved. read more

I came in for a horrible cough I've had for a week or two. Fast paperwork at check in. Refreshments like coffee, hot teas and sodas also snacks in the waiting room. Was taken right away to a room. The rooms have a comfy couch and flat screen tv with a remote. A very comfortable feeling, not a bright sterile uncomfortable room like most urgent cares. The nurse/ medical asst came in, took my vitals and got my info. The doctor came in pretty much right away. This was a Sunday afternoon and I was probably the only person there at this point. The doctor checked me over and I felt he was concerned. I had X-rays taken there and he was able to look them over immediately. I had pneumonia, he sent a prescription to the pharmacy and gave me the "doctors orders" of what to do to get to feeling better. I will absolutely be back next time I need to go to an urgent care or take my family. I will tell anyone and everyone how fancy and how much I enjoyed the overall experience. read more

Poor Medical Skills I went in here last night after 3 days of feeling fatigued, high fevers, severe headaches that worsened with movement, sensitivity to light, stiff neck, etc. Being diligent I did tell the PA I had been out of the country recently. He did a minimal exam and no testing other than a flu swab. Before he even got my flu swab back he said "whether it's positive or negative that's what I'm diagnosing you with, your symptoms fit that and with the travel and such, it just makes sense" No they really didn't. They fit more of a meningitis or infectious diagnosis. Flu swab negative, he sent me home with a flu diagnosis and a Tami-flu prescription. Fast forward to today (next morning), my fever is now 102.3. I went to SNW ED and have been diagnosed with pneumonia (originally by the doctor and her stethoscope and then confirmed by an X-ray). They are ruling out meningitis. Disappointed in the provider's lack of willingness to listen to me about my symptoms and as a nurse myself, disappointed in his assessment skills. I could hear the crackles and feel them with my hand on inspiration. But I wasn't even given the opportunity to be heard. read more

Ive been contacting them almost 2 weeks but they don't do anything. They said they have charged TRICARE, but TRICARE said the claim has never been filed. At this time, I don't know who to complain. I've come to Medsprings since it opened given the close proximity to our home. I've been struggling in a cough, sore throat and congestion for a few days; and given the time constraints I decided to check into Medsprings instead of getting an appointment with my regular GP. Since I was on a tight schedule I called Medsprings main number and asked if they took appointments, the person said they can take in in 7 minutes. I rushed out of the house and made it there in 4. Upon checking in the person at the front desk had no idea why anyone would even give me an appointment time. He said they just do not do that. Anyways I waited and waited and waited. After waiting an hour I left since I had a previous commitment. I returned 3 hrs later, I was told by the person in the waiting room that he was waiting already an hr and a half and he wasn't even at the check in point. I called my regular GP and got an appointment within an hr. I also called their main number and the women had nothing but excuses. No empathy to the point that she went silent and wouldn't answer me. She gave my friend attitude when she asked how to fill out part of the paperwork, she watched youtube videos at full volume at her desk, yawning absurdly loud, was eating her food, smacking, and BURPING so loudly the entire time I was in the waiting room - I was so disgusted.... This facility is now St David's Care now and their staff is really underqualified. Most likely you will be seen by a nurse practitioner only. They will quickly want to dismiss you without taking any risks on suggesting any treatment. So basically if you have something basic that does not require a doctor, why even bother going there - just call your nurse or do telemedicine. If you actually need to see a doctor then go to Austin regional clinic afterhours instead - they are much better equipped and you will certainly see a doctor. And if it requires immediate assistance by a doctor, then go to ER which carenow will be quick to suggest (after billing you for the visit). I had a cut in the kitchen and called and asked before coming in if they were staffed appropriately to put sutures. I barely needed 2 stitches on my left hand pinky. Their front desk assured (lured) me that they had the staff to do it. But when I was there, I was only seen by a nurse practitioner who was totally incapable and conveniently asked me to go to ER after doing nothing. I wonder why did they charge me for the visit then?? I am just livid. The pros are that this place is defenitely clean and modern and the paperwork is minimal. Unfortunately the good stops there. I was the only one in the facility this afternoon. I explained all my symptoms to the medical assistant that were very worrisome: extreme migraine pain going on 6 days, stiff neck, severe dizziness, bleeding and sore gums, sore ear, sore sinuses all on the left side of my head. I can't hardly taste food. I have very little appetite. I can hardly sleep. I have a history of staphylococcus from a surgery site on my skull. Yet after making me wait AN HOUR AND A HALF the doctor (whose English was not very good) totally ruled out any infection simply because my mucus with was not colored. That's it! He didn't listen to me at all. He had not been filled in on ANYTHING I told the medical assistant. He seemed entirely unconcerned that just barely touching the left side of my head was killing me. All he wanted to do was prescribe me pain pills. I asked him, why don't we try anti biotic or further tests until I can see my ENT next week. Nope! He wasn't interested in even exploring the possibility of something being very wrong. I was so upset I left without my pain pill prescription. To start with, they get points just for being open more than most places. I broke my thumb late on Sunday evening and as far as I could tell there was literally no other place in the city that's meant for this sort of thing. Apparently except for the ER, everyone else in Austin except MedSpring expects me to get injured during business hours only. The place was spotless, every single person we encountered (the receptionist, the xray tech, the doctor, and the p.a.) was really friendly, the fees were reasonable, and my parents who had driven me over were offered snacks and juice while they were outside waiting. At this point I'm thinking this is a 4 or 5 star place. But overall they low marks because their competancy left something to be desired. I had to come back in later because my splint was chafing my arm - turns out the person who put it on the first time put it on inside-out. So, how did the second person "fix" that? By putting the 2nd splint on crooked so that it both didn't restrict my thumb movement enough and had an edge of unpadded rough material sticking out the end - I had to get my roomate to cut part of the splint off for me so it wasn't scratching me. When I came back yet again, the doctor finally found me something that fit well and was comfortable, although for some reason I had to wait around another 15 minutes for paperwork to get finished even though it was my third visit there in a week and they should have had all my information by then (the night before I had been able to leave once the new splint was on). We arrived shortly before 8am on a Friday. There were two of us needing to be seen. We were first in line, had info filled out and were in a room within 20min. Christopher, the nurse who took our vitals, was very kind and playful with our toddler. Dr. Frackelton is amazing! We saw her within 10min of getting into the room. She was thorough, informative and very friendly. She gave us great suggestions for OTC medicines as well as prescriptions. We were out by 9:20am. Horrible experience here. I went because I got bit by a bug or something and it looked alarming. The doctor was clearly not in the mood to explain anything, even though I explained I was upset and alarmed. Instead, he just told me it looked bad, and rushed me out the door with an ex for some antibiotics. No bedside manner. Go anywhere else if you are actually alarmed about something and want someone to treat you like a human. That being said- wait was only 15 minutes or so, and the facilities were nice. I'm going to shout it from the mountains and everywhere else I can (Well hello internet). So like others on here have said there seems to be a pattern of shady business dealings going on at this place. They seem to be less concerned about actually treating patients and more about charging them for services that weren't rendered. Let's start from the beginning of my dealing with this Fraud of a Healthcare Facility: A couple of months ago Mom had been having some stomach pain going on for a couple of weeks. I decided it was time for her to go see the doctor. Well since she didn't have a PCP. I took her to urgent care. We go in and were seen pretty quick and yes the facilities were modern and had some nice amenities like a TV in the room. They took her vitals; Temperature, Blood Pressure, etc. Doctor came in and Mom explained her symptoms. The Doctor said that we need to go to the emergency room because MedSpring was unequipped to deal with her issues. We were told by the Doctor that there would be no charge since no Medical Assistance was provided. So off to the ER we go. Sidenote: Mom is doing much better now. So the other day I'm retrieving info from my Mom's voicemail and since she's not very tech savvy I decided to delete the unimportant VMs that I knew she probably had piling up. So as I was listening to them I hear a VM from a company who didn't identify themselves threatening to send my Mom to collections if she didn't pay $30. Well that's weird. My Mom has nothing in her name so she shouldn't owe anybody. I ask Mom what that was about and she tells me she didn't know who or what that was for but not to worry she paid it. WHAT THE @#$%!! OK so after calming down over thinking my Mom let herself get scammed again and just handing over her credit card information to a stranger on the phone I checked her bank account and saw it was MedSpring. Well that is odd since they didn't provide us any service and we were specifically told we weren't being billed. I will just call them up and get this fixed. Shouldn't be a problem... Hahahahaha So I call them and talk to someone and explain the situation. I'm told the supervisor just went into a meeting but she'll have them call in an hour.....OK no problem we'll get this all taken care of shortly. Hahahahahaha. (these are sarcastic maniacal laughter for effect) 3 days later. Oh yes 3 days, 3 @#$%ing days later I call them. I have to go through the whole rigmarole again to be put on hold so I can do it another @#$ing time! And in the end the "Supervisor," Colby couldn't have been more uncaring about our situation and said they can't provide a refund because as soon as we walked into the door they provided a service. What the @#$%? This place is a scam, plain and simple. Just walking into the door is not providing a service. Sticking a thermometer in my Mom's mouth does not constitute a service. And certainly threatening an old lady does not constitute a service. These crooked billing practices seem to be the norm at this place. Stay away. This place is a shady business. Stay away STAY AWAY! Seriously try and avoid this place if you can. Some of the doctors may be fine, but you never know who you may get there. Do it right the first time and go to the emergency room if you cannot get to your own doctor. Yes, the medspring clinic is cheaper, but as you know - you get what you pay for. I came in for simple stitches on my finger and had several complications to follow. First red flag is when I went to pick up my prescriptions at CVS. The pharmacist pulled me aside and asked what was going on to try and understand why the particular antibiotics and pain medication were prescribed. So basically, the wrong pain medication and antibiotics. I went back to medspring and was prescribed something totally different by a different doctor based on the CVS pharmacist's advice. Obviously made me question the quality of medical care I was receiving. Had to go back to Medspring a 3rd time for the intense throbbing that was not supposed to happen... The 4th time I went to medspring was to get the stitches removed. I was told during my first appointment that I would need to come back in 10 days to have the sutures removed and this visit is a follow up and there would be no charge. Medspring did not collect a copay - stitches were removed and I left with a 0 balance and no feeling in my finger tip. Doc said I would get feeling back in a month or so. 4 months later, still no feeling in my finger tip and a new bill for $187 for the suture removal visit. No idea where that amount came from as my insurance is a $50 copay for urgent care clinics... No one on the phone can seem to explain it either. As opposed to focusing on quality medical care medspring's top concern seems to be centered around patient comfort - TV's in the patient rooms, coffee, snacks, friendly staff. Where your health is concerned I recommend seeking more qualified treatment elsewhere. read more

What a cool place! I went here a couple of months ago when my back went out and I couldn't walk straight. The office is nicely decorated and they have coffee or tea for you while you're waiting to see a doctor. BUT I never had a chance to have a cup. The staff was kind and ridiculously efficient. I saw a doctor, got an injection, checked out and was on my way to the Walgreens pharmacy within 20 minutes of arrival at MedSpring. Seriously. It took me longer to walk from my truck to the front door! It was kind of amazing - AND they didn't make me feel like they were rushing me at all. I hope I don't have to visit this office again. However, if I (or anyone in my family) have an urgent care need, this is where we'll go for sure. . read more

Holy cow... NO Hippocratic Oath here! Our 2 year old dislocated her elbow. It was Saturday early evening and we had to drive over an hour to find this urgent care still open. I called at 6 in advance to make sure they were open, and they said "until 8". We arrived at 7 on the dot, an hour before they closed. The receptionist was nice enough, checked us in, charged the copay(!), and we waited 40 minutes... to be told "it's too late", "this could keep us here until 10 and that wouldn't be fair to the staff", and "sorry, we just realized how late it is". And that was that... They sent a crying 2 year old away, that was there an hour before they closed and is insured, because someone had a hot date. Extremely unprofessional, and honestly, a new low in my customer service experiences, let alone my medical experiences. Figures that I would have a minor medical emergency soon after I'd been laid off from my job and no longer had insurance. I'd developed an abscess just under my chin and the pain got to the point that I couldn't continue to ignore it. Since I hadn't found a new primary care physician since moving to Austin a year ago, I decided to give MedSpring a try when the two doctors that were recommended to me by friends were booked solid for the next several weeks. The staff was wonderful, from the just-cheerful-enough receptionists to the doctors themselves. My treatment required multiple visits but there was no charge for any of the follow-ups. The longest wait I had was 20 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon. With free wi-fi and televisions with cable television in the examination rooms, time passed quickly. read more

I was in Austin for a volleyball tournament and i came down with something but all the minute clinics were closed so i came here instead. First, i was told it would be an hour to an hour and half wait to see a doctor. I waited for over three hours. When i finally got into a room, the doctor working told me nothing was really wrong with me and i had to practically beg her to give me a strep test. I then waited another 30 minutes for those results and she said i didn't have strep. Fast forward to a week later and I'm still extremely sick so I go to my doctor now that I'm home and they ran a strep test on me, and it's positive. The Urgent Care wasted my time and clearly didn't perform the strep test well or accurately. I would never recommend anyone here. read more

I'm currently wincing while writing this review. I messed my arm up playing basketball. I checked yelp to find out the best reviewed urgent care center in my area. That was genius because that's how I found MedSpring. I called before showing up and the lady answering the phone was very informative and helpful. Once I arrived I quickly noticed how the super clean the place is. The decor is comfortable but sleek and professional. The entire staff is just great. While I did wait a little while the nurse stopped by several times to let me know where they were in the process of getting me finished. Each room has its own TV so waiting was actually relaxing. I hope to never go back but if I need to I won't even think twice about where I'll go. This place is by far the best. Great job! wl read more

We have come here a few times over the past couple years and have always had mixed experiences. Proper diagnoses and prescriptions given, always translating to healing and getting over our colds, flu, etc. However, the last time we went we waited for almost over an hour ONCE INSIDE THE ROOM. I briefly stepped back into the lobby during our wait, and no one was in there. We found this quite unacceptable. Our nurse Duane was a hilarious dude who makes feeling awful a little less, well, awful. But oh ya, we still waited over an hour to see the doctor. Oh, and they have a ton of beverage choices as you wait. But, unlimited Cokes stop making amends for long waits after about 20 minutes. read more

I went in to get my ear checked out because I feared an ear infection. My self diagnosis was correct and I was prescribed some antibiotics. The prescription was for weak antibiotics, usually prescribed to patients with allergies. I was back at MedSpring four days letter with an ear infection that had gotten worse. The Dr and her PA at the second visit attempted to clean my ear out by flushing. It was extremely painful and in the end I was told my ear drum was likely ruptured and prescribed steroids and two different types of antibiotics, oral and ear drops. About ten days after that, I was deaf on my right side, didn't feel that there was any bacterial infection remaining, but did feel that something was blocking my ear canal. Thankfully, I decided to see an ENT much earlier than had been recommended. My ear was filled with fungus that was likely encouraged by the flushing and ear drops that were provided by MedSpring. The ENT removed the fungus, used proper medication and I was cured immediately. He did say that if I had waited any longer to come see him, the fungus would have eaten through my ear drum. My ear issue was misdiagnosed twice by MedSpring and the issues were actually exasperated. In my opinion you're better off elsewhere when a true diagnosis is important. read more

Can I just say...SPEED? From the time I parked to the time I left the clinic was MAYBE 30 minutes apart. The receptionist was very friendly, and even offered me a selection of hot drinks that the lobby's Keurig can make. Upon reaching the room, I was shown the TV and channel listing, and assured the physician would be in soon. And he was! The entire staff is full of personality and genuinely care for their patients. I went there today for a panic attack. I don't have a PCP or a psychiatrist and I've been trying to make an appointment with one for several days but no one is taking new patients until May at the earliest. So I go here on the recommendation of a friend for a similar issue. I talk to the nurse, then Dr Dorian comes in. She doesn't ask me a single question. She just sits down UNCOMFORTABLY close to me and tells me to go to the ER and get admitted. How she made that determination without actually speaking to me, I'll never know. Then she insinuated that I was there just for drugs. I left in tears. It was humiliating and only made things worse. I'd stay the heck away from that heartless place if I were you. read more

When my daughter woke up with a suspiciously deep cough, I knew it was time to take her to the urgent care. Of course it was a holiday weekend and our usual Minuteclinic is closed on Mondays. Then I remembered someone on Nextdoor recommending Medspring. At first I was super pleased because it LOOKED LIKE you could secure your appointment online. So I did and got great texts updating me as when to arrive and when my "appointment" was. So when we arrived at our appointed time and the guy who checked us in told us it was be a 1.5 - 2 hour wait, I was super confused. What is the point of the appointment/online system if I have to wait when I get there? The guy was very apologetic, but it's still super annoying to have waited and wasted my time. If I would've known how it worked, I would've gone in at 8:30am when I made the "appointment" and would've been seen already. They need to change their website ASAP and explain their system better. We ended up walking next door to St. David's in HEB and checking in there. We were told we could come back in an hour and a half at our appointment time at noon. It's better than just having to sit and wait at Medspring. read more

This place was fantastic and was a lot less painful than I anticipated. Loved their friendly staff, their clean place, and their thinking ahead in the patient rooms to provide more room for family/children (they even have a small table in there for small children to be entertained while you are being seen). Loved too that they charged me only my Specialty CoPay ($30) rather than my Emergency Room CoPay ($75), saving me money when my own Primary Doctor was unable to keep their appointment on Tuesday. I'll definitely go there for future emergency needs - the fact they are closer to where I live also helps. I understand that today is July 4th and they might just be understaffed. I called the closer MedSpring Urgent care off Gattis School that is a lot closer to my house and they told me they were open no appointment necessary. Little did I know nor did the woman I spoke with on the phone tell me their location would be closed so when I arrived the doors were locked, causing me to drive 30 minutes to this location near Cedar Park. I arrived at 10:40 for a reoccurring problem I had in the past that only takes about 30 minutes in and out. We are currently facing the crisis of COVID-19 and when I walked in I stopped in the Stop sign taped to the floor and awaited my temperature to be taken, unfortunately it never was nor were the people who walked in before or after me. What kind of medical facility does not check patients temperature immediately when they walk in? Is this not protocol during a pandemic or did the nurse just neglect to do so. After the nurse came in and checked my vitals and finally my temperature he seemed to be extremely rushed as if he were in a time crunch or quite possibly preparing for a Marathon, I could tell he was so rushed by his heart rate being extremely elevated along with his rapid breathing made it quite difficult to keep pace with him. I waited on the primary doctor for about 45 minutes, the nurse came in and apologized as he stated the doctor was on the phone with what "seemed to be a crazy person". My question is how is a person over the phone more important than someone who is physically present? When the doctor finally arrived in the room I was in it took her three minutes to send me on my way. I was at this location from 10:40 AM to 11:50 AM and now I have a 30 minute drive home. Very disappointed with the neglected protocol that took place and that the doctor decided to take a phone call when my physical presence was in a waiting room not even 10 feet away when I could've been out by 11:10. Update on my one star review from October 2017. Still one star or less. Not long after my visit, a regional manager reached out to chat about my visit. To make a long story short, they tried to make things right. I did appreciate that! They offered to refund my co-pay ($40) and add a credit to my account for a free visit (which I'll never use) if I decide to return. A month or two later, I got a check in the mail for $20, and it $40 which was what I was promised. When I had time, I called their billing department and told them the story. They told me to cash the $20 check and they would refund the additional $20 to a credit card. Fine. At this point I thought this was handled. Yay! Another month or so went by and I got a $20 bill from MedSpring from my visit in October. What??? Why would I now owe $20? Again, when I had time, I called billing, explained the issue, I was promised that this was a mistake, they would handle it, that I don't owe anything, and if I received another bill to ignore it. Again, at this point I thought this was finally resolved. Here I am and it's August 1, 2018 (my one visit with them was October 2017) and I am getting phone calls stating that I owe them $20. I just spent more time calling their billing department where they've assured me again that it's a mistake, they'd have a supervisor look at the notes, and they'll stop calling me. I'm crossing my fingers that this is the last time. Everyone makes mistakes, (even doctors and billing folks) and every now and again we all have a bad experience. Such is life. Front desk and the nurse were really nice, but I waited in a room for an hour to see a nurse practitioner. The first nurse came in to tell me that the medical director was there so the practitioner was meeting with them... so neither of these people have the patient on priority? Once the practitioner came in she immediately told me I need to see a specialist, and that was it. No questions, no examination. Complete waste of money for me and I left in as much pain as I went in with. read more

I have been dealing with some pretty upsetting health issues over the past few months. These things started after a surgery in December. One of my symptoms has been constant back pain and sharp pains in my chest under my ribcage. Chest pain should never be ignored, they tell you. So a couple months ago, I left work early and drove myself to Medspring, which was right down the road. I chose Medspring because my insurance is accepted there and they had these fabulous reviews. I thought I couldn't go wrong. When I got there, it was like walking into a spa. They offered me coffee, and the waiting room was quite nice. Even the exam rooms, which they called "suites" have couches and TVs. However, I was never seen by a doctor. Instead, a surly nurse took my blood pressure, and when I was telling him my symptoms, he never once made eye contact with me. His eyes were glued to his laptop as he typed up my words. Then he left and I sat there watching some mindlessly bland show on the TV while waiting to be seen. Finally, a 'nurse practioner' came into the room. A nurse practioner. Not an actual doctor. She poked and prodded at me a bit, then told me, in a very condescending voice, that I shouldn't be there. I should go to my family doctor. No X-rays were done. No lab work. Nothing. She spent about 5 minutes with me, and then I was heading out the door, confused, and still in pain. When I went up to the desk to ask if I owed anything, the girl at the desk shrugged, said she wasn't given any paperwork, so I didn't owe anything and so I left. About a week later, I got a bill. I ignored it, because I am not well, and didn't want to deal with it while beginning what has now become a long string of doctor visits and tests to find out what is wrong with me. Turns out I have a severe vitamin deficiency and something is going on with my back. Anyway, a couple weeks later, I start getting phone calls at odd hours. At least three a week. Sometimes before I even wake up, or on Sundays. Finally I answer one, and it's Medspring, demanding that I pay them $50 for that useless visit. When I tried to explain what happened and that I would like to dispute that bill, they were very rude. I am still getting the annoying phone calls. For all their fancy decor and "suites" with TVs, this place is run more like a business than a medical facility. I will never go back there, and I don't recommend going there. I was going to leave a review on their website but did not see anywhere to easily do so. Plus, this particular location seems to have reached it's 1000 review limit. Something tells me they aren't so great as those supposed reviews make them out to be. Maybe it's some kind of fad facility for rich people. I don't know. But it was unlike any medical facility I have ever seen. TVs and coffee and "suites" do not help in making a diagnosis. Overall, I am not impressed. read more

I've never been as sick as I was this week. Not a big fan of these clinic doctors because of how unimportant they make you feel - more like your an inconvenience to getting them to their next patient. The checkin experience was great. Duane was expeditious and friendly. I actually booked online in advance so my lobby wait was minimal. When I walked in 10 minutes early, my name was first on the list - the first thing i actually saw was an electronic display of who's next and I was on top of that list. I filled out my patient information and reason for visit. With all the latest credit card breaches, I'm not big on the Medspring policy of "keeping a credit card" on file so that alone will probably not bring me back, but I digress. When I was taken back to the examination room they had a tv and a couch while i waited. I gave the PA my vitals and was told that the doctor would be in shortly. When she came in she hurriedly checked my lungs and throat, ears, mouth etc while I carefully explained all the sicknesses my family has been through this week and all my symptoms as they've progressed including nausea and my severe sore throat - worst i've ever had - and then she explained - very fast so that I couldn't remember everything she said - that it wasn't a sinus infection but rather sinusitis. Uh, if you google that, it's the same thing!! she told me she would prescribe a steroid for inflammation. the entire time with the doctor in the room took no more than 5 minutes and then she was out the door again. when I got my discharge papers there was no mention of nausea so i'm not sure she even heard that part but i had been throwing up less than 24 hours prior. She did tell me what everyone's grandma tells you: "rest, vitamin C, and liquids." Like that's not what i'd been doing for 3 days straight! This is why i dislike doctors at walk-in clinics. but hey, at least their front desk help was nice. read more

I first came here for a pre-employment drug test which was a very easy and quick process with a very friendly nurse who got me in and out of the clinic fast. I decided to come back to the location after suffering a bad case of eczema hoping to find some relief, but the doctor was very dismissive and basically contradicted everything my dermatologist had told me in the past. I wasn't even prescribed anything to help and the doc basically told me to just ride it out and put a good moisturizer on it (which I was already doing). A waste of $50 and my time in my honest opinion. I don't think I will be back here just because it's very frustrating feeling miserable and uncomfortable only to have the doctor dismiss you. read more

This is my go to urgent care center. Very clean, has complementary snacks and beverages. I always fell that I've received excellent care.

Great place! Minimal paperwork, just driver's license and insurance card needed. They got me back before my Keurig was even done! Very clean and super friendly staff! read more
