The care team was different for each visit but everyone we came in contact with was friendly and engaging. We dealt with an ankle fracture on one visit and an arm injury on another. Both were handled with care and treated quickly. Our second visit was a walk-in and it became apparent that making an appt (even after walking in) was needed because we kept getting bumped as the appts were coming in. Note to the wise, make an appt, even if you're on your way in to do a walk-in or you will continue to lose your spot in line to the incoming appointments.

The lobby doesn't have much seating; I counted a total of 12. They had two TVs but only one was turned on. The receptionist and nurse didn't seem like there was a sense of urgency; it felt more like a glorified doctor's office. I'm not sure if the doctor here is any more qualified than a primary care physician. I think I'll stick it out with a PCP next time.

I came to this facility on 2/8 for intense abdominal pain, and had a less than favorable…read moreexperience. The wait was short, which was nice, but the nurse I had did not appear confident or competent in his role. My main problem was that he issued a phenegran shot, which I have had multiple times, and it burned for a solid 10 minutes after administration. It also left a significant bruise, and is still sore more than a week later. He also didn't remove part of the bandage packaging, which isn't a huge issue in itself but it just shows that he really didn't appear to know what he was doing. My other complaint is that the doctor told me not to take anti diarrhea medication, because whatever virus or bacteria was in my system needed to be expelled. However she ended up writing a prescription for an anti diarrhea medicine, which was contradictory to our conversation. When I asked the nurse about it, he did not have a solid answer, even after going to check with the doctor. Additionally, she wrote the prescription on paper while she sent the other medicines electronically, but didn't notify me that one would be separate and on paper. So when I sent my husband to get my medications at the pharmacy, he only came back with 2 of the 3 and I later found the third buried in the mountain of paper work they give you upon release. Ultimately I was examined and left with a more solid idea of what was ailing me and how to battle it, but the overall communication and care could definitely be improved.

I immediately swung by to go get him and off we went to the pediatric urgent care by daycare and our house! We've always driven past this and I always wondered how it was and after today's visit, I don't think I can go anywhere else, and I wish they took adults lol. That's how lovely the service in care was today, we were able to get our son checked in online, submit paperwork and once that was done, immediately taken back to see the nurse, get vitals and attentive care and kindness for our little dude in his time of need. The space is really lovely, with colorful artwork, complimentary snacks and juice boxes, which was extremely helpful after getting him and we had yet to have lunch so a snack def helped my little hold down his hunger while we waited to wrap up todays visit. 4 stitches later to close his wound, they even had some free shows to watch on their tv which was very nice to allow our son to feel comfortable with these new faces and make a scary situation less daunting. They cleansed the wound, stitched him up and offered all the stickers! I am so grateful for their presence and look forward to future care with them should we ever need anything and have difficulty getting to see our sons normal pediatrician!
