I was feeling rough a few weeks ago and was pretty certain I had a sinus infection, but wouldn't be able to see my doctor until almost a week later. It was a Sunday afternoon and my husband and I went to this clinic. We did not have an appointment. We were walk-ins. The clinic is Bright and well maintained, and the front desk staff and waiting room was very welcoming. We were greeted immediately upon entering and assisted in signing in. Just sign in and paperwork process is done digitally, which is very convenient. The tech that did my triage, Tyler, was very polite and professional, but also very personable. Although I did have to wait a while once I was taken back into the exam room, it was understandable, considering we were walk-ins and it was a weekend. I had a PA, a student nurse, and a nurse practitioner that all assisted me. The nurse practitioner quickly determined I had a sinus infection and wrote me a script for antibiotics. The visit went smoothly and I received the care and medication. I was hoping for. So, I'm very happy Although I did not need any of the other services they provide, it's a very well appointed clinic with the availability to do virtual screenings and such with providers that are not in the actual building. 2.5 hours is too long to wait for a flu test result. I arrived at 3:00. They had swabbed me for flu by 3:15. There was only one other person in the waiting room. It was 5:30 before they told me the test result, and that only happened after I begged someone to let me leave. It doesn't take 2.5 hours to read a flu test swab and tell me what it says. I will avoid this place in the future and go back to Patient First where they are efficient. read more

Registration had to be done on your own phone including scanning your insurance card and drivers license. All of this is done while two women sat in registration having personal conversations. The post office guy even walked in and they chatted a long while as well. The online registration was not user friendly as a very common insurance carrier was not listed. I had to ask the ladies for help and she proceeded to tell me to select a different insurance and she would correct it on her end. If that's the case, why didn't she expedite the registration process? It took us ten minutes to complete for highly tech savvy people. I can't believe that you would make the elderly go through this process. It has been an hour since we arrived and we are still waiting on the Dr even though there was only three cars in the parking lot. Do NOT come to this urgent care. read more

I have been here several times (5) in the past 18 months. They have always been very professional and thorough. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. What I have learned though, is it is well worth the effort to download their app, make an appointment if possible, and complete all the registration paperwork beforehand. Well I showed up for a walk-in at 10:30, expected it to take a long time. The front desk lady had clearly woken up in the wrong side of the bed, as rude as can be. First thing they do is make you pay for the visit without telling you the wait will be 4 hours. I have now ate breakfast, lunch, and possibly dinner from the McDonalds next door. After 1.5 hours of waiting I got called back to a patient room where I am still convinced they forgot about me. I waited in the waiting room 2.0 for another 1.5 hours just for the doctor to come in and tell me that "it's too early to tell" if I have anything, as I have a 100 degree fever... You can't make this up. I'd recommend going ANY where else, you will have better results looking up your symptoms online. read more

We have been there quiet a few times as we have two small children that always seem to be sick on the weekend when our doctor is not in the office. Now you must understand we are a military family and don't have too many options for outside care unless we want to pay for it. On one occasion we called and made an appointment before leaving the house. The appointment was for three hours later which worked for us. We were going for pink eye. When we got there you have to fill out a long form each time on a silly tablet that they never seem to have enough pens for and then you still wait about 45 minutes to get a room. Once you are in a room we have waited up to an hour and a half for service. It seems they never have enough doctors staffed but know they can get away with it if all their military patients are going to have to go this route if they want to be seen after hours. It's a pain. Not sure why Tricare got hooked up with these crooks. So once in the room there are TVs everywhere that makes the wait more comfortable but there is only so much you can do with a toddler and a baby. So it's not a happy experience any time we have to go there. The doctor we saw did find an ear infection and even let my husband check it out. So that was good. They faxed our Rx into the pharmacy but when we got to he pharmacy it never was sent and we had to wait another hour here... thanks a lot. The next time we went we were again referred by Tricare and my baby boy had eye infection and turned out he also had ear infections. But we waited the same amount of time. It's a bit silly how long they make you wait. They might as well put in a playground if they want to have their customers be ok with having to wait forever with small sick children. They take walk ins but you will have to wait a long time. And they never did offer to fill the prescription there as did one other Yelper. And we also found the front desk personnel to be not so friendly and snooty. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I have an appointment at 1:20 got there at 1 o'clock to fill out my paperwork got taken back pretty soon after waited an hour for the PA Selamawit Getachew. She was in the room for about a minute and a half. I told her my throat ears were hurting And that it's been about five days. She literally shined a light at my ear. Disn't even look in them, when she went to go listen to my breathing with the stethoscope, she didn't even put it on me. It just hovered over my back so there's no way she was able to listen so then she came to the conclusion that I somehow have a sinus infection without examining me at all and said I'll give you an anabiotic and left out of the room and I heard her go into the next room and she never came back. read more

If you go here, beware!!!! There is no way to get in touch with ANYONE after you leave. If you call the only number they have, you will be sent down a long tunnel of automated telephone trickery. If you get to speak with anyone at all, you are very lucky. I spent several hours over the course of weeks trying to get test results and also trying to clear up an outstanding bill from 2015. The person at the desk took cash for my copay and stole it. I straightened it out in 2015 and now I am being billed again after they already told me they were aware an employee was stealing copays. MARGARET EICHER is who provided me with care a few days ago and she made it such an awful experience. She made me feel uncomfortable while there and it's still bothering me so I decided to write a review. If you have to see her I recommend you ask for another one of their providers. She made me feel like I was completely wasting her time. I went there for a problem causing me to undress and she was so mean I felt so violated while being in the room with her unclothed. It was so bad that she did not even say goodbye to me she left the room so fast. I sat there and someone came into to clean the room and asked if I was ok. I said I was ok and that's when she preceded to tell me the that EICHER was not coming back and that I could leave. I wish I could give zero stars. I ran home and even told my mom about it. I was in an accident on 6/4/22 and went to be seen at this urgent care. Everything was fine with the visit, except they did not have xray available. My issue with this location is on 6/6/22 I received a call from an attorneys office in reference to the accident and identified themselves as partners of the urgent care. I read all of the paperwork I signed and do not recall agreeing to have my number given to anyone and it is a violation of my privacy to share the fact that I was in an accident. I have tried to call and speak with a manager but I have just received recordings. Will never use this urgent care again and will be filing a HIPAA complaint. read more

The NP misdiagnosed my appendicitis in 2008 and called it constipation. The only reason I know that this was the diagnosis was because it was on the paperwork given to me. Also, it is beyond me how you can say it's constipation when I answered her question about "have I gone" in the affirmative. When you tell someone you haven't slept in 48 hours because of abdominal pain, a flag should have been raised (could I be pregnant, ovarian issues, stones?) Nope, I went home for another 24 hours of pain before driving myself to the ER and having my appendix removed. I, too, as Bk stated, wrote a letter about the misdiagnosis and I didn't feel that I should have to pay the $7 balance for treatment that wasn't technically received. Her lack of treatment could have killed me. Instead, I got a notice that they were reporting it to a collection agency. I would have been stoked for the gift card. At least that would have been an acknowledgment that they screwed up. On another note, I desperately went there again this past weekend. I just had very serious orthopedic surgery and was bleeding profusely from the sutures and in intense pain. I hobbled in, they asked the issue, had me fill out a long form about the issue (while I am bleeding heavily) and then told me the next available appointment was in 2 hours. I asked why I had to fill out this form explaining the issue (as urgent) after telling her the problem? She wasn't sure either. I ended up at AAMC where the ER was easy breezy in and out (much improved from previous experiences). There is no "Rightime" to go to this place unless you have a snotty screaming kid. This is their forte' and they are plentiful. If you have an actual urgent illness or injury you would be better off going, well, ANYWHERE else. read more

I have been to Nighttime- now Righttime- twice on weekends when I was sick and didn't want to wait a week to see my primary doctor. On my first visit, the wait time wasn't long, but I had bronchitis (later diagnosed by a different doctor) and was shooed away with an inhaler and told I would get better. I didn't, hence the different doctor. My second visit a year later was worse. I waited for over an hour (and I am very patient), just to be shooed away again by a condescending doctor. Like my first experience, I went to a different (much better) clinic a couple days later http://sbyimmediatecare.com/ and was diagnosed with bronchitis, a sinus infection, and an ear infection. I was put on a strong antibiotic and got better. :) Hopefully other people have a better experience with Righttime, but I will not go there again. Threw my back out 2 weeks ago on some black ice in our parking lot. Man, the pain was intense, I was thinking GO TO THE HOSPITAL! But no I got talked into going here instead by my mother and wife. They told it would save time and money. It literally took 1 hour and 5 minutes to finally get seen. While I am in obvious pain the so-called "doctor" looks at me and says would you like a shot? Yeah maybe a shot of Jack or Tuaca! I asked her a shot of what and how would it benefit me you haven't even examined me yet???? Then she told me never mind I am gonna write you a prescription. This is why I truly hate this "medical care" places. They want to do the least amount of work for the most amount of pay. If I didn't have insurance, this would have been $125 down the toilet. I will give props to the young African-American lady at the front desk. I had to complain that I had waited a really long time in the room and she immediately located the "doctor" and told me I would be next. The staff is very nice and seem very helpful. I suspect it's the set up of their reception area, but there is ZERO privacy at check-in. There's absolutely no recognition of HIPAA, and I know all the details of every patient here this afternoon. I thought the nasty smell was from a dirty diaper when I was here a few days ago. I think the Righttime staff in Annapolis did an excellent job during a recent appt. As a fellow healthcare worker, I understand that my wait time will be prolonged if an emergency comes in and needs more attention than my less severe symptoms. I also understand that weekends are going to be much busier because Primary Care offices are closed and that if I happen to have my appt. scheduled at a time when there are a lot of walk-ins, I may inevitably have a longer wait time. People with runny noses (or who have kids with runny noses) who make an appointment for 5PM on a Friday when the parking lot is full and think they will be in/out in 20 minutes are delusional. Additionally, people that have coughs/runny noses/sore throats for "months" should not be going to an Urgent Care center in the first place! That's what your Primary Care Physicians are for! You're just making people with more severe illnesses wait longer and then everyone ultimately writes bad reviews. This being said, I think there are a few things Righttime could improve. For example, I overheard someone complaining that the people making appointments told them they could can come in for a chest x-Ray and then found out at their appt that Righttime can't actually do chest x-Rays. Additionally, although the majority of the staff was friendly, there were 1 or 2 people who could have been more professional/nice. All in all, I would return to Righttime if I need immediate help with an illness that does not require a trip to the ER. read more

I feel like you basically have to ask for what you want as a sick patient here or else you won't get it. Otherwise you'll walk out with nothing having wasted your time. I have gone here, like others, on weekends or off hours when I have been very ill - and my mother actually had a terrible experience here getting stitches for a cut on her leg that ended up needing further care by a wound specialist bc they did a nasty job. I went today and literally had to insist on getting a med for what I know is a sinus infection or toncillitis. Unfortunately now I want to go to my doc tomorrow again since this appt was pretty useless. We'll see what he has to say. Not gonna go here anymore. We were able to get a fast appointment as walk-ins early Saturday morning. I am so glad to have a place open early to help me avoid the ER when my daughter had abdominal pain and needed to be seen promptly. The doctor on staff was very nice and helped us out effectively, and all the other staff memebers did fine and helped the visit go smoothly. The office was also reasonably comfortable and attractive. I went to this office a couple of years ago. I had the flu, or something like it, in October and was concerned that I might have Lyme disease - I am a field biologist and had received several deer tick bites that season. The doctor was rude and condescending. I'm a small woman, and I often get talked down to by doctors, but this lady was by far the rudest one I have ever seen. She also told me that Lyme disease always has a bulls-eye rash. I, being a field biologist familiar with Lyme disease, replied that the CDC estimates 20-40% of Lyme cases have no rash, and it's probably higher since cases without a rash rarely get diagnosed. She left the room for a really long time, and finally came back to do a Lyme test, "just in case". I guess she did some research and realized I was right. But she sure didn't apologize, either for being wrong herself or for telling me that I was wrong. I was so angry that I wrote a letter to the practice complaining that I, someone with only a bachelor's degree, was more knowledgeable about basic diagnosis of a serious illness than their trained "doctor". They wrote back with a lame apology and sent a $25 gift card to California Pizza Kitchen. I'm not sure if that was a joke or an insult. How about refunding the $100 I spent on that visit? read more

I don't even understand this place. I took my wife here because she's having major allergy breakout ALL over her body from head to toe. We explained that we just moved from Los Angeles and we're in the process of changing over our primary care. We also explained that my wife was seen at another urgent care for this when we first got here and she was given medication that did absolutely nothing. Prior to arriving to Right Time I called and spoke to the doctor and asked if they do certain procedures and was told they do if needed. That is the reason we went to this urgent care. When we get her the PA tells us they don't do what the main doctor said they did and then tries to play it off like it's nothing major and her kid has the same rash. No, your kid doesn't have a rash from head to toe inflamed and causing your whole body to swell and itch. Not only does this PA not care to look at what my wife is trying to show her, but prescribes the SAME exact medication we just said we finished and didn't work. The SAME EXACT ONE!!!. All she kept saying was go see an allergist and had zero interest on helping besides telling my wife to not stress. What a rediculous place. Now we have to go to the ER because this urgent care PA failed to do her job and take care of her patient. I truly hope this gets to her supervisor and something gets fixed because if she's taking care of all the walk ins tonight, they're all going to be undiagnosed and sent home with the bare minimum because she doesn't care enough to do her job correctly. read more
