I had to ask at least 3 times and their response was just "trying", yet I'm sure if I used that same reason as to why I was "trying" to be on time for my appointment but was an hour late, I'm sure I would've been charged for my absence. I don't appreciate my time being dismissed, especially without communication. But to address care quality once seated in a room, was fine. The staff in that regard was attentive and quick.

While I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of everyone I interacted with, I unfortunately received an incorrect initial diagnosis. I came in for an x-ray of my pinky finger and was initially told that there were no breaks or fractures. However, I later received a call from PA Ben confirming that a hairline fracture was detected after further review by the radiologist. I understand that medical errors can happen, but I believe it would have been beneficial to wait for the radiologist's report before providing a definitive diagnosis. Additionally, knowing about the hairline fracture, I would have appreciated the opportunity to have my finger wrapped as a precautionary measure. Despite this, I want to commend the staff for their overall care and attention. I hope this feedback can be used to improve future patient experiences. Thank you for your time and consideration." My last provider was amazing and…read morekind, but the one I saw today (I don't believe in slander, so I will spare her name), was very condescending and although I am also a colleague, she was very curt, treated me like I was drug seeking (very hurtful amen inaccurate) and was overall very dismissive and awful. I am/was suffering and while she explained her limitations (which I previously unaware of, but understand), her delivery landed as nothing but rude. At the end of our interaction, when I maintained that I would not have come to see her had I known she could not help, she showed zero empathy. I strongly resented her overtone regarding my visit for a terrible cough that was keeping me up all night. She offered to call in meds that I can obtain over the counter ?!? Surely I had been trying to treat myself with OTC meds prior to resorting o urgent care. Sadly, I will be billed for this interaction. Unless I am dying, I will be sure to look at P.A. schedule before coming in again. Apart from her, everyone has been so kind and helpful. I maintain that it is not about what she could not do for me, a little about what was not relayed to me by her staff before coming in, but mostly about that her bedside manner leaves something to be desired. I am sure she will know this feedback is about her and hope it helps her to see how she is perceived/received in client interactions. With age and experience, I hope she will learn to be humble, thoughtful and kind in her interactions with patients who are looking to her for help.

Today was especially quick and friendly. The hour does, of course, affect the speed; we were in first thing on Saturday morning and I don't think anyone was in front of us. Still, they made the effort to be both efficient and nice, and seemed quite competent. The place also looked scrupulously clean. I am very happy with the service.

She's operating the clinic by herself so keep that in mind whereas a Dr. office which otherwise is has a MA to take your information. Also, this is located in the store near cosmetics/ pharmacy. FYI: they'll bill your insurance if you have and if not you pay at the pharmacy. It's a good alternative if you have something small to treat.

I have been here several times and truthfully, the wait times are unacceptable even for walk in patients like myself. Prepare yourself to wait a minimum of 2 hours (on a good day). It seems as though only 1 patient is seen every hour (and that is when things are moving quickly). I don't intend to be harsh, but I really have no idea why it takes this long and don't believe I am out out of line in saying there is simply no reason for these wait times.

There is an online system where you can get an appointment and maybe I've lucked out, but you can get them usually within the hour. We've been here a few times for minor issues (potential ear infections, pink eye, etc) for both of our kids. The doctors and MAs have always been nice and helpful. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but I can assure you it's much shorter than and more affordable than going to the ER. That being said, if our kids had a major need (major bleeding, broken something, etc) I would always recommend an ER especially if it's a very time sensitive issue. The decor is bright and cheery and they do a great job keeping things clean and tidy. I would definitely come back here as needed!

I thought I would feel rushed in the exam room, but not at all. The most pleasant surprise is that Dr. Malta and his assistant are a good team and always help each other out. At every other practice I've been to, the doc leaves all of the admin work to the assistant. I've seen Dr. Malta answer the phones, run credit cards, call health insurance companies, and work the front desk. And he has National Geographic in the waiting room. Oh yeah, he specializes in travel medicine which is great for me as I'm always off to Guatemala, or Brazil, or Africa.

Essentially, you pay for the healthcare you need. This is an excellent practice for people who cannot easily afford medical insurance and are shut out of our healthcare system. For myself, I enjoy the fact that The practice is personable and accessible, and I never have a difficult time getting an appointment when I needed it. I think many more people should be considering medical practices such as evolve, yet I still do not find that many. The closest analogy is somewhere like Care first, however, Care first is less of a medical practice run by one doctor and more of a mass healthcare system. Evolve is a medical practice, with an excellent doctor, competent staff, and a pay as you go approach.
