I think many more people should be considering medical practices such as evolve, yet I still do not find that many. The closest analogy is somewhere like Care first, however, Care first is less of a medical practice run by one doctor and more of a mass healthcare system. Now I have gotten 2 bills for a visit over 4 months ago due to the wrong insurance being given to third party labs. When I called this office to verify our insurance they have the correct information at the front desk. I asked for the billing department and was told they will have the same information so it's a waste of time to call. I still called and got forwarded to a voicemail mid business day. These labs are getting the wrong info from somewhere but I won't know because billing doesn't answer their phone. I'll be finding another urgent care from now on. They get a 2 because the visit was mediocre and not treated as "urgent" but we still got seen.

I also want to say I have low expectations of places like this in general but just wanted a quick strep and flu test because otherwise the ailment my child has is likely a virus/nasty cold with nothing to do but wait. Our primary didn't have appointment times compatible with our schedules so we took the calculated risk to go here for the strep and flu tests. As other have said, appointments don't do much here. We were there 1 1/2 hours for what we found to be subpar care. The doctor's uniform was completely unkempt - dirty even. He did not examine my child's throat until I told him that he'd just spit out blood in his phlegm. Rather ridiculous on account of the primary complaint was a super sore throat. He deduced that it was possible my child had GERD instead of the more logical conclusion that the small amount of blood was related to the drying of the sinuses or irritation. Fortunately for me, my child and I are under speciality care by one of the better medical institutions for GI ailments so . To suggest this off the cuff with zero other relevant & corresponding symptomology was actually laughable. He even asked if my child had spicy food that could cause this. I mean, actually ridiculous when the corresponding symptoms are chunky phlegm and a really sore throat that began with a sudden onset the last 24 hours without regard to food. He left to get us our checkout paperwork without listening to his lungs or heart which he did when we were quite literally walking out the door - probably realizing this should have been part of any sick exam. He never looked in his nasal cavities or examined his sinuses. He left us with a diagnosis of allergic rhinitis which I actually specifically told him the symptoms were not consistent with his allergic presentation or a throat that felt like he was swallowing glass. Anyway, it's likely a cold and I know it's not strep or the flu which is what I went for but it was such a ridiculous experience I had to warn others. The doctor was affable and polite but just not someone I'd trust in situations not involving corroborating lab work.

Speaking with Kathy Frank only confirmed that this is a systemic issue. Instead of addressing the problem, I was met with an argumentative tone and told they "see 800 patients a day," as if that excuses poor communication. We're talking about a $130 bill--yet instead of clearly communicating with patients, their process appears to push accounts toward collections. That's not a one-off mistake. That's a broken system. If your credit rating matters to you be very careful this with provider. I'll be finding a better option for my family.

There is an online system where you can get an appointment and maybe I've lucked out, but you can get them usually within the hour. We've been here a few times for minor issues (potential ear infections, pink eye, etc) for both of our kids. The doctors and MAs have always been nice and helpful. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but I can assure you it's much shorter than and more affordable than going to the ER. That being said, if our kids had a major need (major bleeding, broken something, etc) I would always recommend an ER especially if it's a very time sensitive issue. The decor is bright and cheery and they do a great job keeping things clean and tidy. I would definitely come back here as needed!

It was a Sunday afternoon and my husband and I went to this clinic. We did not have an appointment. We were walk-ins. The clinic is Bright and well maintained, and the front desk staff and waiting room was very welcoming. We were greeted immediately upon entering and assisted in signing in. Just sign in and paperwork process is done digitally, which is very convenient. The tech that did my triage, Tyler, was very polite and professional, but also very personable. Although I did have to wait a while once I was taken back into the exam room, it was understandable, considering we were walk-ins and it was a weekend. I had a PA, a student nurse, and a nurse practitioner that all assisted me. The nurse practitioner quickly determined I had a sinus infection and wrote me a script for antibiotics. The visit went smoothly and I received the care and medication. I was hoping for. So, I'm very happy Although I did not need any of the other services they provide, it's a very well appointed clinic with the availability to do virtual screenings and such with providers that are not in the actual building. So, it is a great resource!
