All the nice things people say about Jeff are true! I had an ancient Toyota Previa van that spontaneously set off honking alarm. Toyota claimed that there was no such thing as a factory installed alarm and insisted that I must have put it in myself. I brought the van to Jeff, whose mechanic persisted in finding the problem (even though the alarm wasn't installed where they expected it). A few minutes later, problem solved. The thing that stood out in my transaction is: Here is a man who has a front seat to extreme emotions every day ("Yay! I have a new badass radio!" and "Damn, some SOB just stole my badass radio!"), and yet he took a moment to sympathize about MY problem and treated it as a quality of life issue that needed to be solved. Without a doubt, this place does very professional, clean work. Their prices for equipment are on par with what you would normally pay as well, another positive note. I had a new radio installed, they did a great job. I returned to get it checked out twice due to there being a sound issue. It turned out that it was really an issue with the amp, which had gone out. Jeff asked his installers to fix the problem, which actually resulted in 1/2 the speakers being disabled in my system. As I was waiting for them to apply this fix, I spoke to Jeff about options for a complete fix to the sound. He jumped in and threw together an estimate for me, and Dave demoed the sound for me in their sound room. It sounded great. I thanked him for his help(which again they did a great job). read more

I took our '16 Accord to them to have Sirius system installed. The system worked ok, BUT, they worked Very hard to make everything right, including ordering me a new unit. They are dedicated to customer satisfaction do Excellent work, & are very nice people to work with. If you want your automobile entertainment done right, meaning clean look, having the system properly, & professionally wired, (Which is Extremely important), this is The place to take your car. I had two amps installed, all my car speakers installed, a box, etc and was getting an engine whine noise from the 4-channel amplifier. I took it in to get looked at and all they did was turn down the gain. This made it to where the max volume on my stereo wasn't loud at all. Which totally defeats the purpose of having a 4 channel amp. I asked about it again and they told me that's all they could do to resolve it. Suggested I buy a new stereo for another $800. This is after I'd already spent a good amount of money on other equipment and installs from them. Very disappointed they wouldn't investigate it further to figure out where the interference was actually coming from. Nice guys but, they could have tried harder. Ultimately had everything uninstalled since I don't know what was causing the issue. Will be getting it all reinstalled by another shop. Big waste of time and money. read more

Fantastic and friendly staff. Came in, helped me in a matter of a minute. Got me setup, stereo installed, and out the door in a matter of 35-40 minutes. Stereo is EXCELLENT! I now have bluetooth/an auxiliary port, and a USB to charge my phone... in my ancient car. AND it sounds AMAZING! Thank you guys. Love this place. Been there twice for two different cars. The owner and manager are great. Super outgoing and honest. They tell you what you're going to get and honest about the value. The product is excellent and installation was superb. Going back soon for the third vehicle instal. Very nice shop. Wouldn't go anywhere else for audio. Update 4/11/18: Had a third vehicle there. It was a smooth process. However I had a problem with the car battery draining down. Brought it back and talked to both Jeff and Dave and they diagnosed the problem. They put me in the competent hands of Vinny the installation specialist. He fixed it in no time and at my request he moved the location of my USB ports effectively giving me back the power socket (cigarette lighter) for use with other accessories. He had to do a custom modification for me and spent almost an hour doing this for me. I asked how much I was going to pay and the fix along with the custom modification was all done for free. A happy handshake and I was on my way. No battery problems any further and a very happy and loyal customer. read more
