A week after I herd the grinding, I lost all pressure in my brake pedal due to a broken brake line. I remember I had a 20% off card to e2 from the memorial parade they were passing out with free hotdogs. I called and brought my car up the next day. I walked into a beautiful waiting room thinking (this is to nice to be a car repair facility even the shop and bathroom were clean and organized as well). the lady at the front desk was very helpful and reminded me of a loving grandmother figure. Matt the mechanic (also very nice and informing and not confusing ) called me promptly with a estimate after they looking at my car. I called 2 other shops to see how much it would cost there. E2's estimate was 20 to 30% cheaper than both other shops before the 20% discount. They had the work done by the end of the day. Which I didn't expect to be done that quick. The work was quality and for one of the first times I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off at a mechanic shop. They have my future buisness and I thank you E2

Replacing O2 sensor without repairing Vacuum Leak is like taking tylenol for a toothache instead of seeing a dentist and repairing the real problem. Auto RS has done the smoke test in my car, found out why the sensors were acting up and now my car is up and running like new. Dave is a nice when you talk to him and understand the balance of money and repairs. He'll work with you to get the most important work done first and space out the rest. While he doesn't have loaner cars, he schedules the bigger appountments to be done in one day. I had my tires rotated, electrical fixed, oil changed, and tune up done. My husband picked up my car and dropped of his. He had 4 new tires, fuel lines replaced, brake lines replaced, and some other stuff I forgot. The price was extremely reasonable.
