I need you to drop everything and come to this place!! I saw a TikTok shouting this place out, and I was so excited to come. Not only did they have a huge selection of games and cute little tents, but it was so affordable at $3 a person per hour! Not only that, the service was impeccable! Jimmy helped us out and was so kind throughout the night (he is awesome). Truly, I can't find anything wrong with this place. You can even bring your own food and drinks with a small cleaning fee. If you're looking for something to do on any night that is wholesome, cute, and just fun, come here!

This store has saved my relationships on more than one occasion. Am I overexaggerating? Absolutely. Though that doesn't take away how many times Meeples Family has given me an opportunity to get a last minute gift for a loved one. Upon entering, I noticed that Meeples has two distinct sections of the store- one for trinkets, accessories, and small toys; and a second one for tabletop games. The way the store has been laid out gives a lot of space for those who want to play tabletop games in the center. My second time there had a few tables occupied by people playing the boardgames. The staff is pleasant and has been patient with any questions I have about their merchandise. Prices are fair enough, especially for someone who waited at the last minute to buy gifts. It's located in Anaheim Gardenwalk so first hour of parking is free if your only objective is to visit this store!

Board game night can be fun after all. Meeples is a great option for you and your friends to spend time with each other. It's a cheap - only $3 per person per hour. You get to pick from their wide selection of board games. The tents make all the difference honestly. They are so cute and cozy. I love the string lights as well. So vibey! I could stay here for hours and lose all track of time. The workers are so nice as well.

Located in a relatively commercial area this hobbit hole is great for large groups and dates. You pay a few dollars per person per hour and get a tent to yourself where you can then play from a large selection of boardgames. And i mean large! And multiple expansions of your favorite games too! I played a few games with my date over a few hours and the total bill was shockingly low. Highly recommend

I haven't been here since the pandemic wow looks like they added more stuff so cool. Just the family game board nights and or with friends. Super cool nothing like it in my opinion. We stopped by before going to the movies last night. We grabbed some snacks too. So glad this place didn't go out of business.

This place is super cool! Located in Anaheim GardenWalk on the 2nd floor, Meeples is a board game cafe with probably HUNDREDS of different board games. Entry to the cafe to look around is free, but if you want to actually play games it is $3/hr/person. We came on a Monday evening and there were was only one other group, but I'm sure it gets crowded on the weekends and you can make a reservation online. They have "private tents" where your group can hang out and play games. The employees were really friendly recommending games for our large group of 7. You can bring outside food/drinks but there will be an added fee ($3/person for food and $1/person for drinks). They are also pet friendly! We brought our little dog in a carrier. Parking is $4/hr at the GardenWalk garage (first hour is free). Meeples does not validate parking. I would recommend this place if you are looking for something unique and fun to do with a group of friends. It is very homey and cozy. Also close to Disney!

Great staff, and price. However, it was a bit crowded. My friends and I had a great time and brought our own games.

As a DM for D&D and (thanks to this store) newly a Warhammer player, I can speak to the fact that this store's selection for both games surpasses in quality, quantity, and presentation most other game stores in the area. Their restocks are frequent(seemingly weekly) and always introduce new product, which makes the trip there a no brainer if you live in the area and worth the time if you live farther. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable about his stuff, and truly embodies the vibe of a FLGS -- top notch customer service, a welcoming environment, giving advice where needed and genuinely caring about the quality of your experience with whatever hobby you choose without being pushy. The selection is amazing, and I always look forward to coming here purely because of the amount of quality product. Miniatures of all scale and need are neatly stocked on racks that appeal well to the eye, and they're not afraid to try new product styles. I've always been intrigued about D&D prepainted booster boxes online, but typically the ones I find at other stores are older or more beat up, but here, they're the newest, fresh-off-the-line boxes, and I just had to get some. The owner is very receptive to requests, and at checkout, has asked numerous times what I'd like to see or what I'd want to have stocked myself, which is amazing and has definitely as a whole fostered a loyal relationship with me and this store. The pre-order system is also very nice, offering discounts from MSRP with good communication and a fantastic one-man customer service model that accommodates requests very well and corresponds effectively with consumers. I am tremendously glad to have found a gem of a store so close to home and am long overdue for this review, and hope that this game store continues to keep their friendly vibe and expand to bigger and better things. I will no doubt be back here(many times, at that)!

I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend stopping by if you're into hobbies or collectibles.

For the 30th anniversary of Pokemon this year, my girlfriend and I decided to complete the first edition Base/Jungle/Fossil set. There was a girl at the booth (might've been his daughter) who helped us out and made us write down all the cards we needed. After we wrote down all the cards we needed (about 60 cards, holo and non-holo), we left while they began looking for them. We gave them our phone number as well. After about 2 minutes, we were called and told to speak to the manager (Kevin) directly. Because the value for these cards were so high, he wanted to make sure we really in fact wanted the cards and knew how much they were going to cost before looking for them. He said that unless we wanted to buy all the cards, they weren't going to take them out because he didn't want to have to "pay his employees only for us to walk away" LOL what? You want us to agree to buy all the cards even before you take them out? Without even checking the condition? What on earth are you smoking? Also, did I forget to mention he charges a TEN PERCENT fee for using Venmo/Zelle/Card?? That's laughable man. He then proceeds to tell me there's a near mint Charmander 1st edition Shadowless for 2k on TCG Player. "Are you prepared to spend that much?" he asks, in the most condescending tone. Stop judging your customers man. My gf and I are Software Engineers who make a decent amount of $$ from working in FAANG. I know how much these cards cost, and I'm prepared to spend that much. You don't need to speak to people like that. You lost thousands of dollars you could have made just from disrespecting us. This shop might have the cards you're looking for, but they're so stingy and rude that buying any overpriced cards from them isn't even worth it. Even if he sold me the cards I needed for half the price, I legitimately wouldn't even buy them because my mind has created such a negative association with him and the cards already, that having them in my binder would just make me sick. It seems like other reviews are saying the same thing about Kevin and the shops pricing too. Don't bother coming here. You literally just lost out on thousands of dollars because you're an a**hole

She did answer that they had sold out, but then proceeded to just act like I didn't exist. Not sure, why I would need to have to be flirty just to buy an item they have behind the register. I genuinely just wanted to look at the One Piece Deck set that was behind the worker with the Comb Over. Who also proceeded to act like I didn't exist.
